No the real reason was that the show/producers do not care about diversity and just try to cater to a conservative and racist middle America audience. They thought they did their “part” and praised themselves so much after casting Rachel as the first black bachelorette even tho that’s the bare minimum and should have been done ten years ago. They only cast Matt James as the first black bachelor during the height of BLM protests so the franchise could appear “woke” when they’ve proven in the past that they don’t care about their POC contestants. Because if they actually cared they would have cast Mike as the bachelor last year instead of bland Pilot Pete. And I have issues with Matt James being cast too because he was a registered republican and basically only hangs out with white people, it’s like producers purposely went out of their way to choose a biracial black man who would be most “suitable” or “white enough” for their racist audience. I’m over it lol but at this point I don’t expect much from this franchise. At least it’s a step in the right direction but you see other networks like CBS doing way more for diversity of all cultures - like CBS is making their reality shows cast 50% POC now which is amazing

Okay people let’s get real. This is a reality entertainment show. You all have your opinions and favourites but look at the people involved here. Young women who are just starting to look at the future of having a family and husband vying for one man who is also seeking a sincere relationship. He has 30 women to choose from but they only have one man. Most of the women know they have no connection with him, so they will lie and say anything to stir the pot against anyone who has. It is the nature of women to save face and protect themselves from hurt to lash out. It’s wrong but true. Anyway, getting back to this season, it is plain to see Colton and Cassie have that special connection. If rumour is true and Cassie bolts I completely understand why. This is a show. Life decisions should not be made in this atmosphere. It appears she listened to her Father’s words. Would anyone want to really get engaged after 2 dates along with 30 other women. I sure wouldn’t. Colton also listened to his Father and went with his true feelings. He tracked Cassie down and apparently agreed to date and get to know one another instead of following the show production schedule. That was very wise on both their parts. They listened to wiser advise from people who truly love them. As to the fans, be happy for them and wish them luck. Life and love is real not entertainment for the masses.

Taysha is DEFINITELY the proven liar in this situation. Taysha claimed to Colton that Caelynn said she wanted to be the bachelorette and would turn down a proposal from him. Clearly, this did NOT happen because there would have been footage of Caelynn saying these things if it had happened. Also, when Caelynn confronts Taysha on why she would falsely claim this, Taysha’s response was essentially that Taysha (personally) felt Caelynn was not ready for marriage. That assumption is fine for her to make if she had stated it as her personal opinion. HOWEVER, Taysha did not state this as her opinion. She straight up LIED to Colton by pretending that this was what Caelynn herself had told others in the house.

There are times that they don’t catch things on film (ex. Krystal on Arie’s season calling him a needle dick and NotPeter) and there are other times they withhold footage to protect people up for a role as lead or winner of the season (ex. The argument between Vanessa and Rachel during Nick’s season). They’re trying to create a certain narrative so we’ll probably never see the footage because they’re playing around with the idea of Caelynn as Bachelorette.
Yah, i know Caelynn gets booted before Tayshia too (come on we all read Reality Steve), BUT she certainly is a way more honest person and better candidate for Bachelorette than the lying snake Tayshia. Tayshia not only lied about Caelynn, but also has now been exposed to have broken up with her boyfriend only days before starting filming. So yes, she was still with her ex when she decided to go through the full audition/interview process to come on this show. She broke it off with him one day before filming started on the Bachelor. Why would she do that to him if they were exclusively dating one another for 10 months. Chase said there was even talk about getting engaged . He said he was stunned, but she said she wanted to experience other opportunities.

Have you watched the show Euphoria? I highly recommend it. Becuase there’s a scene about pageants and a girl named Maddy who did beauty pageants as a kid. And the narrator (Zendaya) mentions how with pageants you don’t have to be the smartest, whitest, richest or prettiest. You just need to have fucking confidence. No the real reason was that the show/producers do not care about diversity and just try to cater to a conservative and racist middle America audience. They thought they did their “part” and praised themselves so much after casting Rachel as the first black bachelorette even tho that’s the bare minimum and should have been done ten years ago. They only cast Matt James as the first black bachelor during the height of BLM protests so the franchise could appear “woke” when they’ve proven in the past that they don’t care about their POC contestants. Because if they actually cared they would have cast Mike as the bachelor last year instead of bland Pilot Pete. And I have issues with Matt James being cast too because he was a registered republican and basically only hangs out with white people, it’s like producers purposely went out of their way to choose a biracial black man who would be most “suitable” or “white enough” for their racist audience. I’m over it lol but at this point I don’t expect much from this franchise. At least it’s a step in the right direction but you see other networks like CBS doing way more for diversity of all cultures - like CBS is making their reality shows cast 50% POC now which is amazing

When it is too perfect it is obvious, like dentures, however again, she is a "celeb" for a while now in any case, - comparing the teeth here to the huge teeth she has now which are pretty and she can pull it off but clearly, she was on the radar for bachelorette and knew it, maybe ABC paid for it? who knows, anyway hope she has the level of feelings for Zack as he does for her, I feel like he is the one more in love or ready from the post-show interviews, she seems happy but not i.e. long haul happy - the best to both of them.

Okay people let’s get real. This is a reality entertainment show. You all have your opinions and favourites but look at the people involved here. Young women who are just starting to look at the future of having a family and husband vying for one man who is also seeking a sincere relationship. He has 30 women to choose from but they only have one man. Most of the women know they have no connection with him, so they will lie and say anything to stir the pot against anyone who has. It is the nature of women to save face and protect themselves from hurt to lash out. It’s wrong but true. Anyway, getting back to this season, it is plain to see Colton and Cassie have that special connection. If rumour is true and Cassie bolts I completely understand why. This is a show. Life decisions should not be made in this atmosphere. It appears she listened to her Father’s words. Would anyone want to really get engaged after 2 dates along with 30 other women. I sure wouldn’t. Colton also listened to his Father and went with his true feelings. He tracked Cassie down and apparently agreed to date and get to know one another instead of following the show production schedule. That was very wise on both their parts. They listened to wiser advise from people who truly love them. As to the fans, be happy for them and wish them luck. Life and love is real not entertainment for the masses.

Taysha is DEFINITELY the proven liar in this situation. Taysha claimed to Colton that Caelynn said she wanted to be the bachelorette and would turn down a proposal from him. Clearly, this did NOT happen because there would have been footage of Caelynn saying these things if it had happened. Also, when Caelynn confronts Taysha on why she would falsely claim this, Taysha’s response was essentially that Taysha (personally) felt Caelynn was not ready for marriage. That assumption is fine for her to make if she had stated it as her personal opinion. HOWEVER, Taysha did not state this as her opinion. She straight up LIED to Colton by pretending that this was what Caelynn herself had told others in the house.

There are times that they don’t catch things on film (ex. Krystal on Arie’s season calling him a needle dick and NotPeter) and there are other times they withhold footage to protect people up for a role as lead or winner of the season (ex. The argument between Vanessa and Rachel during Nick’s season). They’re trying to create a certain narrative so we’ll probably never see the footage because they’re playing around with the idea of Caelynn as Bachelorette.

Yah, i know Caelynn gets booted before Tayshia too (come on we all read Reality Steve), BUT she certainly is a way more honest person and better candidate for Bachelorette than the lying snake Tayshia. Tayshia not only lied about Caelynn, but also has now been exposed to have broken up with her boyfriend only days before starting filming. So yes, she was still with her ex when she decided to go through the full audition/interview process to come on this show. To me, that is the ultimate evidence of Tayshia’s ill intentions, she wasn't on the show for the right reasons and clearly was in it for fame and willing to do anything to stand out (stir shit & BS up).

Exactly ur right. Reality Steve did a telephone interview with Tayshia’s ex-boyfriend , Chase Olswang last Wednesday and confirmed everything. She broke it off with him one day before filming started on the Bachelor. Why would she do that to him if they were exclusively dating one another for 10 months. Chase said there was even talk about getting engaged . He said he was stunned, but she said she wanted to experience other opportunities.

Have you watched the show Euphoria? I highly recommend it. Becuase there’s a scene about pageants and a girl named Maddy who did beauty pageants as a kid. And the narrator (Zendaya) mentions how with pageants you don’t have to be the smartest, whitest, richest or prettiest. You just need to have fucking confidence. Stop thinking about beauty pageants as fitting a narrow definition of Eurocentric beauty standards because it should be more than that
