  • The President of the Dangote Group has called on the House of Representatives to investigate the quality of diesel and petrol at filling stations.
Dangote made the call on Saturday when he received the leadership of the House led by Speaker Tajudeen Abbas and his deputy Benjamin Kalu.
To carry out the investigation, he urged the House to set up a committee to test products at various filling stations across the country.

And you think a business man as such has no advantage setting it up here?, you really think it’s because he wants to help the country?😂. Oga is speaking to attract sympathy, he mentioned lafarge but also failed to mention how IBETO was knocked out to give him that edge too. Well I don’t think anyone is frustrating the refinery, it’s just that anything that has to do with oil and gas must meet global standards.

Dangote should be protected by the Nigerian government, if there are issues, they should sit and discuss it, not discrediting Dangote in public and it is turning out to be false. I know Dangote is a business man, he is here for the money and not charity, but he is also helping us solve a long-standing problem. He is a national hero. Moreso, if it was some Lebanese company, FG would have given them more support.

My heart sink with the problems Dangote Group keep facing in its home country just to deliver excellence for the country. No country all over the world can be great without its billionaires and businesses, government do not make a country great, businesses does. Dangote is suppose to enjoy all the support from government, the public and everybody. This is our own, we have to support it. We cannot continue to be a country that does not want its local business to thrive. hate or like dangote, the questions is that will Nigeria be a better country with him or without him?

He has provided an open door for negotiation by not swinging or accusing anyone. He has politely invited them to come and test his production unannounced. It’s up to Nigeria now to support this man. Why will a government official come openly to say Dangote's oil is inferior to the imported ones? It is obvious, many people that are reaping windfall at the expense of Nigeria won't allow this refinery function. We can all see why all our refineries are not working despite pumping billions of dollars into them. It's well with Nigeria.

Nigeria youth please open your mind so saboteurs will not rub us with the slogan that the economy policy is not working. They have started complaining because money no go there way again oooo and they are very ready to block dangote from achieving what they have fail to do in 52 years. Corruption imagine in 2005 when all this began, Lagos State selling land for Dangote at the cost of $100m? BAT was the governor of Lagos then coz I remember in 2005 I was living in Lagos. In Nigeria we hate people who have superior idea and business acumen than. If Aliko Dangote was a politician who wouldn't have done this neither would he have any vision. This is the reason those in Nigeria who cannot work in their hands or do anything good for Nigeria other than politics are frustrating a man God has blessed. Dangote upon all the riches is more humble than our poor politicians who hate him for trying to salvage Nigeria

When Dangote said in Kigali that he is also building a National Strategic reserve capacity for Nigeria, I was happy, apparently, the government doesn't want none of it. NNPC released a statement recently saying that Dangote refinery is no longer part of their future investment plans. The petrol regulator said that they are producing shitty products, how can they export their products if his home country is saying all these horrible things about him. Weird.
Landmark events centre incident playing all over again. Which politician is interested in Dangote refinery? In the case of Landmark, it was clear, the president's business associates wanted the land. Do they want the Dangote refinery as well?
