I'm so proud of Mr. Segun Sowunmi. We attended the same School.... Command Secondary School Kaduna. He was two years my senior and was the Head Boy for his Set that passed out in 1987.

The situation is to the extreme that NNPC is not even remitting the Nation's revenue any more. And the country is too disorganized to even keep account.
Nigeria external debts after necessary adjustments stood at $6b during the administration of former president Olusegun Obasanjo.
This amount represented the whole Nigeria foreign debts.
Only NNPC is owing marketers $6b.

There is subsidy the only issues is that it create avenue for fruad especially in societies with very weak institutions and strong men. The actual price is around 1400 +-50 the difference between the market price and the selling price is the subsidy the issue is the volume of consumption. NNPC still exist because it is government owned no private business would survive with those losses

Yeah that new increase in gas prices right after Dangote refinery said they are ready to deliver their locally refined petrol was crazy level of greed from the tulumbu government. They were found out and called out trying to frustrate dangote from refining locally because they want to keep the Malta business going. So they had to find another means of causing more hardship to Nigerians.
