Man this game was beautifully crafted with passion. Crazy it came out almost half a decade ago and looks so good, even arguably better than the recent iterations of cod games.

MW 2019 has better graphics than MWIII 2023, MW3 I feel has fuzzier graphics.
Also I don't notice too much of a difference is RTX on?

2019 was ahead of its time compared to the games now.
I had graphics maxed out. I added some contrast and sharpness to make it a little more appealing.
