I love coin banks to begin with, and what an adorable little beauty this one is! My only 'safe' bank right now has a cover over the inner mechanism, so it's fascinating to see how simple the parts are for the combination dial.
The silver solder was ok but the true masters of the craft know that super glue and ramen noodles is the way to go! But hey ya still got great results so bonus points for that!
Outstanding video mate. I laughed, cried and was amazed at your antics. The video really shows your skills in restoration and repair. I lost count of how many times you dropped something. P.S. let the cat out of the fridge buddy.
Glad I rewatched this when I was awake! First 30 seconds had me wondering how I even subscried to this channel. Bit worried about you losing subs though. Loved all the clever bits. Nickel-plating the cotter pin - classic! 😅
RS reminding us not to judge a book by it's cover, that sometimes dirty ol' snowbanks just might contain a lil treasure in them. But next April Fool's, can you turn it into a functional computer?
I thought this would look so cool in either a candy apple red or hunter green powder coat! Great job, you're definitely a legend! Love watching your videos. :)

Sweet little bank you found...it turned out great! Question for you: Do you live in WIS? I wouldn't usually ask but I thought I saw beer in your fridge from New Glarus. I'm from Monroe and have family in New Glarus. I really relate to the fact that you kept dropping things. I'm constantly doing the same thing! Thanks for the video! 👍
It looks great and you did a wonderful job restoring it as well!!!! You have what's called butter fingers HAHAHAHA I enjoyed your video so I gave it a Thumbs Up
my issue wasnt even the dropping and breaking things, or even the intro, although that was annoying. my issue is the title saying piggy bank when there is nothing pig shaped about this and its just a mini safe bank.
It's all a part of the joke, there's a lot of big name channels that do all the specific things he did to piss off his own audience. High effot April Fools jokes aren't appreciated anymore these days.
@@hobocop15 "high effort April fools jokes aren't appreciated" no, I appreciated it just fine. If you’ve managed to piss this many people off two hours into April Fools, I applaud you in advance for ten hours from now. XD
He pissed me off by walking in the snow in flip-flops.

Thanks for showing the process that many scammers use on fake restorations. Thumbs up.
I have one of these. It's one of three things I still have from my mother. I used to play with it a ton when I was a kid.
We think of metals as so sturdy, but these pieces were so delicate and friable, it pained me every time one bit the dust!

Seeing you drop and/ or break so many pieces was very relatable though it also hurt every time you did 😂
i wonder how many people he can piss off in 10 hours
I guess some people is not reading the description (or watching the video until the end... or checking the date) before commenting...

Based off the comments, some people didn’t finish the video… Anyways great job repairing the parts when they broke!
impressive restoration. at the end it looked like a root beer float.
Mr. Butterfingers in here making his job harder than it has to be.
Happy April...
lol - I liked the fake find story.
Happy 1st April everyone!
He even got the flip-flops right. 😆
Well, you got us with that intro. April Fools!
I demand you to post your very adorable kitties next year
As its april 6th, i missed the context of it being april 1st for the time it took place. You got me.
I like the time code at the end, TCR is for the RCA TCR 100 video cart machine used in broadcast TV stations.

Hi! My hubby and I noticed you keep New Glarus with your cat in the fridge. Are you from Wisconsin? We live in Janesville.
Just glad you dropped another video.
I like this more to find thrown in the trash and restore. This video is my favorite. From Argentina
I see what you did there, well done
I just have to ask is he air blasting those metal pieces or is he spraying some kind of substance on them to seal the metal?
Welp...this is why we can't have nice things

Bel restauro sopratutto perché si sono visti degli errri che sono stati abilmente corretti. Questo fa capire che non è così restaurare.
