You should try to play the entire Super Expert 100 Man in the CRT filter. There's a button sequence, press down, b and a together before a level loads and the same to revert back.
You should play streets of rogue cause you need fast thinking and planning things out it’s a really fun game and you have to work with what you’ve got and again you need to think on your feet which you ryu are great at and you know I think you would enjoy it

Nope, you can't do that. A shelmet is its own item.
