Honestly all of this transfer bullshit was what estranged me from watching the tommykay multiplayer Videos. Everybody just wants to do meta-alliance shit. Nobody wants to do "roleplay". And I am not gonna even speak about Radtad... what a way to ruin a game for everbody...
The fact that there isnt some rule limiting transfers makes me scratch my head. It feels like the last chinese player knew he wasnt going to play mutch further, and just decided to hand over all his land to his neighbours. It makes so little sense that they give half of their land away.
Jesus Christ, transfers really got out of control in this game. They should be modified so that transfers of core states cost a decent amount of prestige and militancy, so that people don't spam it willy nilly.

Managed to completely destroy DM-Elbian alliance , forced DM to do his bidding , broke the China-Russia-Japan alliance , saved PLC from certain death and managed to get India on his side. Russia can basically the European China. Lots of industry, lots of resources, lots of manpower, lots of land. And with that they can comfortably yeet a lot of their oppositions if they can build up and are allowed to expand.
Cause you are forgetting about the Elbians. Their other ally in name the Dual Monarchy backstabbed the team and then was taken out by those who benefit off it whilst taking out Aragon.

Man I usually really enjoy you’re campaigns because of the ambitious moves, diplomacy and great successes and defeats but with this Hungary series it just seemed like you got hugboxed into inaction by a circle jerk of allies trying to deck on you. Interesting in a shorter format but less so as a series

He's in a sphere the whole time. Getting sphered takes away all your tariff money and the advantages of getting sphered heavily outweigh the negatives of losing a little bit of money. It's necessary for Hungary's survival to get Elbians goods from the sphere.
I've never played Vicky because I don't own a pc but I'm pretty sure I could make a better and more interesting game then this. Let's say I was muscovy, I would dec separately on Scandinavia for novogorad and stuff while elbians attack and then partition ruthenian and elbian parts of poland. If there was a hungry player I would give him Galicia and or Romania. If I was duel monarchy I would actually fight to prevent civil war. I would choose if I want to take Scotland (assuming England favors give Scottish accepted) or I would go mixed right to stabilize the nation and then focus on colonies and spheres. If I was a more minor nation I would try to argue mutually beneficial fights to get my lands or formables. But all in all I would try to avoid transfers because it is boring and bad rp (most of time). You are doing great though spud. Good luck in the war
You can't do this Novgorod is only in the sphere of Scandinavia and Muscovy doesn't start as a GP, Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth generally sides with Novgorod early as it starts off far weaker when compared with Musvcovy and it's in their best interest to not let Russia form if they can since the strongest form of Russia is the one where they go after them. PLC could have done a better job at trying to stop Russia forming or they could have talked with Russia and gone after Scandinavia or something. But the way this mp group plays they always go for the strongest form of Russia because it is the most interesting for the players I think. If anything the weirdest thing about this campaign is that Scandinavia cared about Novgorod. Though that was nice roleplaying. The DM can't do that stuff you just said. They are 100% supposed to fight for control of the isles with Scandi and they are supposed to fight for shit off of Burgundy as well. They can help Italy form as well with sphering and conquests against Aragorn. I'll come back to the southern Europe stuff later since Divergences splits Europe into South North and East really. Burgundy and Scandi are natural allies because they both want to get/stop Duel monarchies from getting stuff. As well as stop Elbia(Bohemia) from getting stuff/forming and definitely want to stop it forming the HRE. But at the same time that is really hard to do and it's basically guaranteed they will form one of the two even if the AI won't do it. The stuff they want to stop them getting is sphered minors which aren't overly important and some unimportant land for scandi I think. Elbia is supposed to have the Danubian confederation as an enemy as well but that never seems to kick off so can probably be ignored. I think that is also more of a Muscovy/Novgorod situation where its best for the others if they hammer away at each other forever neither side dominating the other. Aragorn is supposed to try and hold onto their Spanish stuff long term and Spain can fight for it or go for the Americas. Aragorn is supposed to fight whatever power is trying to form Italy as well and Italy has a whole bunch of small groups primarily Savoy and Venice going to form it. Aragorn also wants to form Aragorn-Italy. The Ottomans don't really care much about Europe other then Hungary and Ilyria. They want all of Hungary and all of Ilyria and that is really it. But they have 3 enemies, Albania, Macedonia and Egypt right at the start to worry about. Spain has Gran Colombia to worry about at the start which they almost always seem to give up which means they are forced into the Iberian union pathway which is war with Aragorn to remove their Italy provinces and sphere the resulting country or to annex a bunch of land from them. In between military techs he must take and culture techs to raise literacy, it's hard to pursue economic technology.
