Oh Gina I totally agree to let your meat lay out and come to room temperature before you cook it. I even let my ground beef "warm up" and get soft before I cook it. It does make such a difference in the taste and texture. I learned this from watching your channel! I love the way you cook. I have learned so much. Thank you!
