You could make it tastier by adding some chopped onions ginger green chillies and cilantro leaves or curry leaves , add some black pepper , jeera red chillies and hing” while grinding like we do for adai dosa( made of 3 dals and rice- it gets tastier healthier with some chopped vege in it n all the spices for digestion too! Come to the cast iron pan: Grease the pan with cooking oil and heat up. Rinse with a warm water use brush if needed, but no soap. Dry the pan using tissue /cloth. After every wash, apply a thin layer of oil before storing it.
