You could make it tastier by adding some chopped onions ginger green chillies and cilantro leaves or curry leaves , add some black pepper , jeera red chillies and hing” while grinding like we do for adai dosa( made of 3 dals and rice- it gets tastier healthier with some chopped vege in it n all the spices for digestion too! Your recipes are great my mother has diabetes type 2 hence need to give her food that is both diabetic friendly yet tasty dosa seems perfect but i am new using cast iron cookware if you could tell how to maintain cast iron cookware also please give more recipes your videos are very beneficial ❤

Come to the cast iron pan: Grease the pan with cooking oil and heat up. Rinse with a warm water use brush if needed, but no soap. Dry the pan using tissue /cloth. After every wash, apply a thin layer of oil before storing it.
