OK--for siblings we say“兄弟姐妹xiōng dì jiě mèi” It's fixed，but when we say one of them like I said in the video，我say “哥哥 gē ge” for older brother, By the way "兄xiōng" means older brother in old Chinese many years ago.But now to say older brother we use"哥哥gē ge"
Yes you are right I didn't mention that, actually "她"is omitted by the female lead，she is saying like"Yes,I have an older sister ,（who is）five years older than me"

My personal point of view: Xiong is more formal, respectful and written than Ge.
