They sauteed onions and chopped celery in butter then added the broccoli florets in and used CheezWhiz. CheezWhiz is hard to find and is expensive. The Sour Cream, Sharp Grated Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese are a great idea and a great substitute for the ChezWhiz. Thank You for sharing this with us. You blessed our day !!!
