However, I would like to point out that being bad at something is not a reason stop doing it. We are all amateurs wanting to get better. Recording myself, posting videos, receiving feedback and encouragement is how i've been able to improve over these years. If anything, it's scarier to post stuff when you know it's not up to par, because you want to do better, and yet is the best you can do. I am still dissatisfied with my work, but it's not like I can improve overnight. But I am trying. You don't realize how much effort even a "bad" cover takes until you've gone through the process. When I first heard this I was like “Oh I really like these two singers. They’re cool.” And then I go in the comments and find out the male voice and the female voice is by the same singer so now I’m just like “well damn...I like this 10 times as much now.”
When I listen to this again and listening to the original as well... I realize that this feels like a dialogue between the two characters. The girl is trying to prop up the boy, they try to work together to better themselves, then are both frustrated at nothing seemingly happening, even considering suicide but not being able to go through before... Actually regaining some confidence as they realize that trying to become numb and heartless is a path filled with regret. I remember some translate the words before "annoying pricks like you I really hate" to "what can be done about me?" "There's nothing that can be done" "Annoying pricks like you I hate especially!" This feels like the two actually talking to their own selves, basically deciding that they hate that part of themselves that just wants to give up and want to reaffirm themselves and become kind people before they grow completely numb.
I am not sure if it was the intention of the original creators of this song to do this, but I do notice that the two characters design at the end are reminiscent to Japanese Delinquents ((Dyed hair, arm-bands, both carried weapons, masks, and leather gloves)). Don't know if that has anything significant to do with the song or it's message (I listen to it because I like the song), but that is just what I noticed.

However, I have a bad habit of just watching the visuals and not paying too much attention to the song's lyrics. From what I saw from the visuals itself, it looks like the two students tried to better themselves and ignore those who bully them but their situation only got worse. They eventually gave up and decided to shoot everything and everyone at their school. The main thing that makes me think that and isn't the ending where the two are seen holding rifles is the part at 2:31 where the class rep(?) looked at the male protagonist with a somewhat surprised/shocked look, as if he noticed that something seems off with the main character. It also shows the protagonist's eyes and shows how dead it looks. But ah, none of this probably makes sense and I'm just being ridiculous, sorry.

I luv this version! It's like this has a happy bright outcome, the pairing of the guy/girl voices is like they have each others backs. The other one is bleak and lonely. I love both versions, just this one a tad more as it has more happy beat.

When I listen to this again and listening to the original as well... I realize that this feels like a dialogue between the two characters.
The girl is trying to prop up the boy, they try to work together to better themselves, then are both frustrated at nothing seemingly happening, even considering suicide but not being able to go through before... Actually regaining some confidence as they realize that trying to become numb and heartless is a path filled with regret. I remember some translate the words before "annoying pricks like you I really hate" to
"what can be done about me?"
"There's nothing that can be done"
"Annoying pricks like you I hate especially!"
This feels like the two actually talking to their own selves, basically deciding that they hate that part of themselves that just wants to give up and want to reaffirm themselves and become kind people before they grow completely numb.
I am not sure if it was the intention of the original creators of this song to do this, but I do notice that the two characters design at the end are reminiscent to Japanese Delinquents ((Dyed hair, arm-bands, both carried weapons, masks, and leather gloves)). Don't know if that has anything significant to do with the song or it's message (I listen to it because I like the song), but that is just what I noticed.

For some reason people say they shot the school but it isn't likely for many reasons. The sinister looks of them in the end might represent they might have power.
+Tsavorite Prince The lyrics probably said a lot of stuff that suggests the complete opposite of shooting up a school (such as the part of 'bombs and knives not being your only weapons', for example). However, I have a bad habit of just watching the visuals and not paying too much attention to the song's lyrics.
From what I saw from the visuals itself, it looks like the two students tried to better themselves and ignore those who bully them but their situation only got worse. They eventually gave up and decided to shoot everything and everyone at their school. The main thing that makes me think that and isn't the ending where the two are seen holding rifles is the part at 2:31 where the class rep(?) looked at the male protagonist with a somewhat surprised/shocked look, as if he noticed that something seems off with the main character. It also shows the protagonist's eyes and shows how dead it looks.
But ah, none of this probably makes sense and I'm just being ridiculous, sorry.
