It seems that you are hard on yourself with regard to TH-cam. In my opinion your videos don´t need to offer something specific, I just enjoying watching your videos because I like your personality and the general topics you show; the videos don't need to be focused on a super topic, just a mixture of things is fine. And the same with that you found this video disappointing because it doesn't show much writing. I think that's not important, what you showed is a very realistic process of writing a thesis and that's very relatable and good to see. So don't worry too much about this :)

Yeah, I agree with DH. You don't need to do any of it. The only question you have to ask yourself is how the videos serve you, not professionally, I mean personally. What value do these videos bring into your life? Why do they bring you joy or sorrow? If you can answer these questions, keep them in mind and don't doubt yourself.
