- The plaintiff and defendant are sisters by adoption. Both argue the other has led a promiscuous lifestyle with men and drugs. The plaintiff claims she sold the defendant a car, which the defendant stopped making payments on. She is suing for the agreed price of the car, as well as an additional towing fee. The defendant claims she has been making the payments, and she’s got the receipts to prove it.

She definitely tried to make the defendant look bad and was rude for interrupting. She didn’t wanna hear anything negative about herself but she went hard on her sister. She was doing her sister a favor by babysitting but with a sister like that I would have said nah lol.
Sounds like the plaintiff is projecting her poor decisions onto her "sister." She seems super bitter about fcking up her own life😅
For someone who doesn't like labels She sure keeps saying "adoptive" sister and calling her promiscuous when SHE has kids by all different men.
@Shellygrrl2573 just because she has all those kids doesn't mean that her sister isn't promiscuous, and as a person who was adopted, I clarify when I'm talking about my adoptive family too I say, my adopted sister, my adopted mom, my adopted dad, so there's no confusion of what I'm talking about or who I'm talking about. But let me be straight. There are a lot of people in the world who has 0 kids, but be having sex everyday with different men who either got abortions or has practice safe sex or was on the pill, or have pop the plan B. And then you have some people who make a life. For certain people, when those people disappoints And then you have kids that doesn't make dumb promiscuous. She could've had null3 relationships to have 3 different kids by 3 different men. People don't think of it that way. Yeah, I assume so much and it's so funny and I'm gonna talk about it. Cause I'm a person who has one child. Who understands promiscuity because of what I had to survive as a child that made me a little open to the world as I got older way too early in life.
And plus you're not going to tell someone that they are lying, because they have kids and the other one doesn't when they know each other, if anyone knows whose action biscuous would be those 2 And I believe that she's promiscuous, just because she don't got no kids don't mean nothing to me. You know how many people who have no kids. But just keep on doing to do every day with different people getting paid too, like make ya money, don't get mad

Daycare is not affordable for everybody. Her sister could still do online school but I can’t fully fault her for caring for her nieces and nephews.

The judge warned the Plaintiff early on that if she spoke out of turn "one more time, and I will dismiss your case" and she barely made it 5 seconds before she did it again & again & again...

Plaintiff felt like she had to justify herself to her sister, especially after the case was over. Defendant was babysitting for free, but plaintiff seemed ungrateful. Both need to mature a little

JM was acting rather bipolarly in this case. He and the plaintiff seemed like emotional twins. From someone who really respected and thought well of JM in most of his cases and decisions. Not so much anymore.

Just because one person has 3 kids and another person has 0 kids doesn't mean that one person who has 3 kids is more promiscuous with the person who has 0, we do know pills and abortion is a thing and condoms like save sex, right? I believe that the reason why Mathis acted as he did on this show was because of his problematic wife at home. Oftentimes ones home life overlaps into their work and vice versa which is what I think happened with him. Just my opinion as an outsider looking in.
