I started watching The Pethernicks because of you. You explained things in a way that I could understand and actually implement (your wife probably raised you right, as we say in the South here in the USA.) I truly hated to see you leave but followed you to SeansWorld where your projects were more on par with what I would use. You show glimpses of your kindness and love for family in things like caring for kittys or taking a moment to appreciate the beauty of nature. We need examples like this, little reminders of what is important. Thank you and your wife for being such lovely people.
Greetings to Sean’s World! I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of your channel. Here in the U.S., we don’t see buildings and construction like your home, so seeing you lovingly conserve those old walls, chimneys, and roofs is a real treat. We see the countryside around your home too, in all of its glory. Thank you for entertaining us with warmth, family, and humor. The second channel just doubles the fun! Best of luck to all of you in the future.
Sean, Thank you so much for taking the time to do these videos. I do so much enjoy watching you working on your projects and seeing your trips out and also seeing your wonderful family and the kittens. God bless !
Thanks for the new channel, Sean. We wouldn’t hardly know anything about your beautiful part of the world if you didn’t show it to us. I was fine mixing it all together, and I am fine dividing it up. So long as you and Sam are happy and not stressed with production, anything works for my viewing. Crack on! 👏🏼👏🏼👍
Hello Sean 👋 Happy new years🎉 To you and yours 🎊💝 Been away for a bit Going back on everything Ive missed... yah Hope your Christmas and New Year's 🎉was super
Sean, love seeing the renovations/improvements, the gardening and helping the wildlife is right up my alley! PS: I would advise you start brocanting for some type of original container for the herb garden🤭
I’m very happy to support your new channel by subscribing and watching and commenting. I think when you get the chimney sorted out and can get some fires going to heat the cottage you’ll be so much happier. xx
When you said the name of the new channel “Sean’s Universe” I actually laughed out loud 💖💖💖 brilliantly chosen 💖💖💖 I have subscribed and look forward to watching both channels 💖💖💖
I enjoy watching your channel, no matter the content. I like renovation, see old things being repurposed and restored to their original glory. Hello Sam, Tom, Jasmine, Jack and those babies, well and you Sean!! The main person in this video…love you work!!
When my husband and I lived in the Vendee, On Wednesday’s and Sunday’s when it was the hunting times, we used to come home and often there was a flock of red legged partridges and a family of deer. They definitely knew they would be safe in our garden. Clever animals. Good times. Xx🏴
Sean, two channels will work for those focusing on one aspect of your content. Either way, I like all of your content. The historic properties are a joy to see. Your gentile spirit only makes the tour through these properties better. I, too, am restoring a historic property. There is something enchanting about an old brick or stone structure. We are blessed to have them in our lives. Your progress inspires me to keep working on my old brick house, as hard and expensive as it may be. Thanks Sean. John in Bethel, Missouri. USA
Hi Sean. I wish you would leave the original patinna on the beautiful old objects like the sweet brass lamp. Gorgeous surface you can't replicate. And you can seriously devalue a piece by stripping off the finish. Please just clean that sweet lamp softly and polish lovingly. It's beautiful just the way it is 😊
The lamp will just be polished l never over renovate any of my items. Unsightly staines are not a thing of beauty to see, and besides the lamp is brand new not much patination if any. Check out my store l have over 200 items none are over restored 😆👍
I like your renovation channel but I also love your travel videos. I’m an armchair traveler so your new channel (which just now subscribed to) will be fun to watch.
Veel succes en plezier met je tweede kanaal.Ik kijk dit juist om de renovatie van een oud huis met alle voorkomende klussen die daarbij horen. Ik ben geen reiziger en dat tweede kanaal is fijn voor mij.
I like the renovation channel the most but enjoy your shopping and places you take us of some historical significance. So it could be a challenge to keep up with it all but I'll manage 😊
Happy New Year Sean, the cottage is coming along, I agree with you, have all new parts for the chimney, it will definitely save you a headache later. I am excited about your new channel, I love our excursions out and about town, with you and your family. So, I am heading, over there right now to subscribe. Thanks for today. Love from N.Y.
All ready subscribed. While you were talking I did it. I like to go with you to visit and see flea markets. That’s what we call them. Houses and Chateaus are interesting too. And then when your wife goes one way and you another, I just laugh. My husband and I did the same thing. Cottage is coming along. Can’t wait for the next video.
Love the sound of a gentleman’s lounge, comfy leather chairs, a fire,, crystal glasses and good whiskey, and the smell of old cigar smoke, maybe a butler, or man servant called Sean, mohair rugs, a bookcase filled with great books from ancient authors. Oh wow I can just see it.
Did anyone else notice the rainbow? At the beginning, way in the background to the left of Sean's head....see it? I'm also behind and just now finally able to catch-up on vids.
Good idea Sean, I follow a couple of other channels that have more than one, channel ,I think they all work well. I'll watch both of yours as I enjoy your varied content. All the best.❤
Sean I wish you well on starting up your new channel. I really enjoy going with you to see the historical buildings and beautiful scenery during your travels. Blessings in 2024 Kathy USA 🇺🇸
Yes winter is upon us..... it was minus 22 C when we got up this morning and we are expecting between 15 and 20 cms of snow with about minus 28 C later this week. Take care from Canada
I love the renovations and everything, so I will watch both of your channels. The people who try to speak for others, especially by gender, are making a mistake. Thank you Sean and Sam and all, very much for making and sharing this lovely video! Best wishes all. Be well, stay safe all.🥰😊💞💖👍
Nice idea Sean - I think your trips with Jasmine and Jack are so much fun and it’s great to see what you and Sam get up to when you’re out brocanting / visiting vid greniers. I’ve subscribed - looking forward to the new vlogs.
I follow a handful of TH-camrs that have three channels each. And I follow all three, it’s not a big deal, don’t stress friends 😉 people will get used to it. Congratulations. 🎉
I like the one channel too. A bit of your building skills, your garden work, the kitties, antique shopping and your travels to the beautiful villages and seeing your family. I watch to many TH-camrs in France to add another one. I think we all have been happy seeing a mix of your life. Just my opinion. Much love to your family and the kitties ❤
That view is absolutely stunning, our view was nice…once…lol city built a house 2lots over, directly in the view of our sunroom, so, we built a wood workshop along that fence side … blocked the housses on both sides…
Probably best to use a new chimney pot. Not only because of the crack, but because Sam might get you for messing up the herb garden, lol! Great progress, onward and upward!
Ohhh the new Channel sounds exciting I love looking at Real Estate in France, especially Chateau renovation and the street markets. Let’s get after it.
Good morning, just a thought; when editing video of noisy power tools, eg sander, grinder, etc, is it possible to edit the volume markedly lower? The effect would be to hear the tools but not be jarring. I'm constantly hitting the mute on and off. Thank you.
Sean, congratulations on the launch of your new channel. I wish you much success. Our weather is crazy. It has been mild and green all Christmas, now snow and rain and cold. Daffodils are up and pussy willows budding. Lots of bad flu like bugs on the go. There is an increase of H1N1 and RSV. We have had the flu since the middle of December. Keep your mask on when out.❤
Good decision, best of Luck with the other channel. In Denmark we were in the deepfreezer for 14 days, i actually ran out of Bread - stock up, this winter will be long
You’ve done so much asking for advice. Time to crack on & quit worrying about what others think they want. Like the 2 channel idea. You’ve got a gold mine of ideas in your renovation that very few can do. Have confidence in your expertise it’s priceless.

Sean, Thank you so much for taking the time to do these videos. I do so much enjoy watching you working on your projects and seeing your trips out and also seeing your wonderful family and the kittens. God bless !
Sitting in the garden with all the birds singing=wonderful.
Love the little cooper lamp. It will look great in the cottage. And being female- I love to watch the renovation work.😊

Good idea to have the new channel. I'll likely watch both.

Just an idea. I would have installed the posts onto the dirt then built the stones around the posts thus bedding the post in place. ❤ from Canada 🇨🇦
Not a good idea, needs to be on a solid surface like granite with a peg holding it in place
Good idea Sean, I follow a couple of other channels that have more than one, channel ,I think they all work well. I'll watch both of yours as I enjoy your varied content. All the best.❤
