Great insight. As a restorative person, I need to beware sometimes people want to move on from problems.

My top 2 are Restorative and Futuristic, which seems antithetical, but makes sense when I think about how I work. I love solving problems and fixing what's broken because I spend a lot of time thinking about how much better whatever project I am working on can be. I imagine what can be unburdened by what has been, and it drives me to find solutions that move things forward. Context is my third highest strength, followed by intellection and responsibility.

Woah ours are really similar, I have all the ones you mentioned except responsibility in my top 5. Curious to know what you do for work/ what career you’re in?

    1. Develop opening solution statement!. Share your Calmness with others. This gonna to be ok
    2. Polish your problem solving toolkit. Name 3-5 resources. People. Software, time or space

I'm not entirely convinced of my test results. Idk if it was me answering or my anxiety answering for me
