Significance and Intellection are said to rarely co-occur, but I have them in my top 1 and top 2 and this is how it feels like: You have this sense that you’re going to make your mark in the world through your brilliance-like publishing a very insightful book that will spark debate among intelligent people and put you in the map, or you’re going to come up with a seminal, paradigm-shifting theory, work of art, etc. You may feel that you are destined for greatness because of the depth of your thinking. (But you also know that this is only a feeling. Whether this becomes a reality depends on other things.) An example of someone who was high on both is the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. Chapter titles of his book Ecce Homo include “Why I write great books” and “Why I am so clever.” He knew he was writing a groundbreaking book and didn’t shy away from being explicit about the superiority of his thinking, even dissing other philosophers whose thinking he felt were mediocre.
I am revisiting, many times, the season 2 Theme Thursday. Jim Collison and Maika Leibbrandt are my favourite hosts.
How I finally felt understood! Thank you guys for this wonderful conversation, really helped me a lot! Luv you

Wow, this was excellent. Thank you!
I think it would be cool if you could give concrete examples of how these strengths are used in the workplace.
Excellent! Well said, both!
My Number one trait .
fascinating thank you!
Do you ever see Jim Collison's top five and wonder if he sleeps?
I do indeed sleep. Maybe just not as much as others! :)
