- The Legend of Zelda series has been known to be a Family-Friendly series like most of Nintendo's games. But surprisingly in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Nintendo has went out of their way to add random dirty jokes and sexual innuendos. Which sure end up being hilarious to find! So in this video I will go through all the adult themed jokes I can find in Breath of the Wild, and the few others that made their way into the series!
If you ever wondered where Paya's secret birthmark is located, or her diary and thoughts of Link. Along with what the Great Fairy does to Link when she upgrades his armor, this video talks about them. Along with other jokes and observations that have a more adult theme to them.

I’m a foot guy myself but I respect the thigh guys and the guys who’s only partners are their hands(I’m one of them)
I REALLY enjoyed this aspect of the game. Two Zelda games in a row and everyone treated him like he was incompetent and ignorant or just not up to the challenge of being a great hero.
It was nice to see all the women falling over themselves for Link. Sidon too. Sharkman has his own fan club and was so over the top that I was 99% sure that Sidon was going to flip his shit at some point and attack me. Nope. Just another extremely handsome and capable man that women in BOTW fall in love with.
It's a nice change of pace. In Skyward Sword they pretty much make fun of Link right to his handsome face.

I just kind of assumed the Gerudo had deemed the Gorons to be trustworthy. It's a cute friendship 🙂 Picturing the Gerudo guards and Gorons having arm wrestling competitions and doing other feats of strength. Gerudos politely declining to share a gem stone snack or what was it, the rock sirloin. Gorons just admiring the Gerudo in general for being so strong and formidable.
Fun fact! The creator made Link semi androgynous, saying he wanted Link to look inbetween male and female to better connect with all audiences, Link is male, but it made my little Nonbinary heart happy knowing he was made to look androgynous in botw

I find it interesting that during the segment where he mentions the lack of love interests, he never mentions the fact that Mipha is a CANON point in BOTW, as proven when you go through the Zora arc and get the Zora armour. The Zora princess of each age makes the armour for her chosen suitor, and it fits Link PERFECTLY.
Then there's also the memories. Based on all points, Link was supposed to marry Mipha once Ganon was defeated, but disaster struck.
So *that's* why Link REALLY went to sleep. He's got his priorities straight. Women are temporary, HYAAAAH is forever.

@@ninjagamer7345 In a weird way, I think this makes a lot of sense. In a lot of other Zelda games, it's implied that the Link from that game is a descendant of a Link from previous games. So, if the hero of Hyrule is always of the bloodline of previous heroes, wouldn't it make sense for Link to have as many children as possible? It would even make sense for him to do so with women in various places, as this would make them more difficult for Ganon's minions to hunt down and exterminate.
All of these went way over my head when i played through the game, after watching this it makes a lot more sense now.
That is so amusing. Zelda is such a clean and family friendly series. It is a very different approach to have adult stuff in innuendo. Link is very hot. That is one of the reasons why Breath of the Wild is one of my favorite versions of the character. Link does have plenty of admirers. One is the lonely arrow girl. Apparently Paya isn't the only girl in Kakariko Village that likes him. The arrow girl seems like a regular video game vendor. However she does have a lot of drama, and even a quest that goes with it. She not only sells arrors in the village, but she also has a thing for archer men. The arrow girl is really flirtatious around Link. So that can lead to dirty things. This is briefly mentioned in the video. I did think of my own joke. While I farm in the wilderness, I get plenty of items. Some are better off to sell to vendors instead of keeping for personal use. I like selling gems, monster parts, elixirs and extra food for rupees. This kind of stuff is referred to as vendor trash. I think of this as junk. This is stuff like garbage, trash, waste debris etc. This is material that is bad and should be thrown away. The word junk literally means this kind of bad material. Yet there is another meaning, a more adult one. I did sell stuff to the lonely arrow girl one day. Then I figured out a good dirty joke for her. It would work with any vendor one finds flirtatious or attractive.

Peach has been shown to have an interest/flirting with Link in the Smash Bros teaser trailers that Nintendo made. There was one where Peach is posing next to Link winking at him. Nintendo seems to like to make it obvious that Link is appealing to girls outside the Zelda universe as well. Peach has also teased to have an interest in Marth. I'm sure it's all just for laughs, though.

I've seen some of Mario with Wii Fit Trainer, Samus and even that green-haired goddess from Kid Icarus *(forgot her name)* but not Zelda, I'd like to see that some day.
I, for one, would much prefer a Mipha arc than a Zelda arc for Link. She’s so much better. Doesn’t closet her feelings and treat Link like dirt.
If I may play devil's advocate here, bc I do see your point but have one of my own, I don't think Zelda is intentionally treating him badly. Both of them have a lot of responsibility and (at least from what I've seen) the times that Zelda is more blunt or rude with him is when she feels under pressure in some way. The memory at the shrine and spring of power show that she's genuinely just frustrated with her own progress and that she doesn't know how to improve herself quicker or more thoroughly. As opposed to what we see of her in the Korok Forest when she's fully capable of what she was told her potential was.
While I do agree she's a little "Link, b-baka!" I feel it's not exactly for the sake of it.
