I love love love my HTC 10. 3 years later and I have no desire to upgrade. It's been that damn good. Never a problem. Battery still lasts all day. Phones lightning fast.
I have been using the P9 now for about two weeks and my battery recharges from 8% to 100% in around 1 hour in a 240v outlet in the UK

Why did you include the htc 10 and why did you start them?
You cant even decide which is the fastest because some have more mah than other and all phones have different conditions when theyre on.

Why The HTC Phone Charging with 1% only?
You've used the stock chargers on all phones, right? I'm asking because there is a lot of confusion regrading the P9 quick charging capability. Apparently the charger that comes with the P9 does not give you quick charging, you need a Huawei 9V/2A quick charger which I'm guessing it's the one that comes owith the Mate 8 (or maybe it's the one on the P9 Plus). There should be a message on the screen saying it is quick charging (pics on this XDA thread: forum.xda-developers.com/p9/how-to/charger-huawei-p9-t3373037). Qualcomm's compatible 9V chargers won't work so, despite people saying it does "really" quick charge, I haven't seen times on that. Maybe you could try charging it with the Mate 8 charger which I think is 9V and see if that makes a difference? Thanks!
my friend, I was searching myself as well if P9 was a quick charge, but couldn't find any. so I just looked at the wall adaptor and its exactly the same one as the mate 8. all the voltage/watts/numbers exactly the same one.
L BS That's strange because I've seen people with a 9V/2A chargers on the Mate 8. Now that I think about it, the ones I remember seeing all have European plugs. I've just googled it now and it's a hard time coming across these chargers but some Chinese sites like Aliexpress sell them with US plugs. Huawei branded boxes with what they call "Original Huawei Quick Charger 2.0 Fast charge 9V2A and 5V2A". They also say "First to support both "Hisilicon " quick agreement and "Qualcomm " QC2.0 fast charge agreement charger Adapter". I don't know if I can link it here but I guess that if I found one it's easy enough for other people to find them. It's a mess though, just shows that one doesn't know what one is getting in the package and it's not even clear or easy to get one of their phones to quick charge, even if they really are capable of doing that. If they want to take Samsung's place, they better step up their game with stuff like this.

lg has very good battery lasts long, charges fast. also the speakers are loud
it's an HTC thing , my m8 is so troublesome with the battery and charging, the port broke, and sometimes battery loses charge quickly cause of software, also only one cable works normally on it and charges it, and today it burned the charge port.... getting a oneplus 3 soon

Good test mate , a bit surprising some of the models with smaller batteries taking so long to charge , i phone6 plus , experia z3+ ,honor 5x ..... all 3+ hours , pretty poor really.
the p9 gets 44 by 30 minutes so you did not use the right charger

yah i got it fix my friend. i plugged it on my external battery and it started charging, after that i tried putting it back again on the Surge Protector and now that is working. so there is some glitch going on with their wall adaptor or the usb cable or even the device it self. don't worry my friend. its listed on Craiglist now. hope i can use that money to get me the zenfone 3 deluxe or oneplue 3 or the zte axon 7.

I've had a similar problem with the m7 where it didn't charge. Try replacing the cable. otherwise it's a hardware issue. Anyways awesome video as usual.
i got it fixed my friend. its working now. i plugged it on my external battery and it worked, after that i put it back on my "surge protector" and its working now. there's some glitch with the connections which is not good for HTC 10. definitely will be selling this device anytime soon.

there's some technical issue of the device not dectecing any power from my Surge master even tho i tried plugging it on another hole still didn't work. so i tried using my external battery pack and it worked. i put it back to my surge protector again and now its working. so some issues reading if the device should charge or not. this will be my last HTC 10, ill be reviewing. no more of this junk in my channel. i was like google the name of the power brick called, i didn't know its called surge protector. i though its called power brick but anyways, its handy to do this kinda test eh. yes, HTC 10 will be on Criaiglist now, not planning to have this stick around my channel. total garbage device. where the fan gurls at claiming the HTC 10 quality control are the best LOL.

Huawei P9 doesn't include fast charger out of the box you need to bay one..
It will still charge seriously slow. I had one before with Huawei's Quick charge and only make 30 minute difference. Plus, only when in Ultra battery power saving will charge fast.

what I'm I doing to the HTC 10, nothing! exactly. 4 devices charged well. I just plug and play and they always work. for HTC 10 you really have to pumper it to work. HTC 10 you will be long gone, your time in my channel is done. lol I can still tolerate over Sony devices oven heating machine tho, that's pretty much I can give HTC 10 credit on tho lol

I've been doing a lot of research on quick charging tech and there is definitely a conspiracy going on with QC 3.0.

+Eumelanin Knight we'll basically the G5 is cable of USB power delivery, but can't charge faster than the nexus 6p @1 hour 34 minutes with a 3400+ mah battery. The G5 with a type c to type c 3 amp charging cord basically takes significantly longer to achieve 100%. It could be software regulated possibly. I just think that 0-80% in 35 minutes that Qualcomm claims is reaching to say the least. Unless it was based on a say 2500 mah battery.... They didn't specify the size when they made these claims.

avtually the fastest ohone to charge is oppo find 7a. it charges 75% in 30 minutes. and 100% in 1h10min. it is amazing phone by the way
htc 10 1h30= 100%

there's been a lot of problems with USB type c charging and cables but considering this is htc's original charger I don't see the cause of this problem.

its the same one on the Mate 8 my friend which is claim to be fast charging.

you shouldnt have used a surge protector for this test and mate 8 has bigger battery so 90%of 4000mah is bigger than 100% of 3400mah or something

well, so far from all the test I have done on the devices Ive gone through I had no faults whatsoever from my devices, only the HTC 10 was the lucky one who got caught on the camera. not my fault it was caught on camera. and all those fan gurls who keeps saying htc has the best quality control, well I hope they keep continue to say that after watching this video. lmao
Alessandro Monticelli there're two type of fan gurls if you didn't know. fan gurl who phrase a device that is showing good quality and excellent performance and the other fan gurl is the delusional one, the device performance horrible and doesn't do a good job but still think its the best one. and you are compeletely the second fan gurl who is delusional. you just cant accept the HTC10 is garbage. look at all my test agasint the s7e. did it win anything? exactly note. well maybe the htc 10 won playing GTA San Andreas, the s7E was glitching which I hated it why the S7E did that. so the quality of the S7E there is Garbage. you see, I even say that the S7E is garbage when I was playing GTA. but I beat you wouldn't even admit HTC 10 is garbage cause youra delusonal fangurl. Is htc 10 the worst Phone you've ever get?
base on my test result, yes by far the worse device I tested from all the 2016 devices that came out so far, followed by the Vivo Xplay 5 Elite with its gimmick 6GB of RAM and its crazy price tag.
if you want to get the best device right now, here is my ranking base on all my test result, #1. S7Edge exynos, #2. P9 4GB RAM, #3. LG G5, #4 Mate 8 4GB RAM, #5. P9 4GB RAM, #6. Xplay 5 Elite, dead last HTC 10 which I don't recommend.
