Your gloves have to be changed every hour or as soon as they touch something unsanitary or if you move to a different station. Gloves used specifically for raw meat are thrown away immediately after you're done handling meat. There are many stores that don't abide by this policy and you've unfortunately probably eaten at one at some point without knowing; they have been wearing dirty gloves longer than they were supposed to, and they made your food.
The only reason to switch out gloves is to not cross contaminate, he’s literally handling fried chicken and 1 slice of fried fish and is that shrimp?! But still maybe do all the chicken then seafood, literally 2 gloves needed. 1 hand touches fridge so the other never needs the glove off to begin with
I worked at McDonald’s for a couple years, and it wasn’t uncommon for me to imagine hearing those anxiety-inducing timers going off when I wasn’t even AT the dang store, nearly drove me to insanity. I have bipolar disorder and I sometimes get overstimulated by loud repetitive sounds, so I would often turn to headphones to help take the edge off. But yeah, It’s like that almost the entire shift. I swear, all of the timers going off at once could be an effective method of torture 😂

I am sensitive about so many things - repetitive music, loud noises, people sneezing, sniffing, chewing, yelling, laughing, the list goes on and on as I am getting older. I was working in McDonalds, Dominos, and I didn't mind the work, I did however hate so many sounds from there.
I worked in a warehouse and one door for the trailers would beep high pitch constantly for service and never got fixed. It only bothered some people. I made it stop beeping and one day and then they fixed it to beep again..
The timers should be light based, and have a flashing light instead of making everyone in the McDonalds annoyed. Customers can here this shit too it's loud.
Watching this reminds me of working at a hospital not long back as a ward host with all the different sounds going off..Might seem hectic at first as a new starter but after awhile it's just white noise lol

Oil was changed something like every 2 weeks depending on how much business we saw or if they got overfilled with loss. Mostly we just dropped more shortening in to top it up which also acted as a quick way to clarify the oil. We didn't use gloves when I worked there for most stuff, just had a manager up our ass watching us to be sure we washed up constantly, which is fair. This is a newer standard that I've seen more of the last few years, which is fine I guess but definitely is going to lead to questions about plastic waste with videos like this circulating now that we have all mostly lost plastic straws and utensils.

I try to fry with black oil as you see in the video like that. But, the nugget or patato smells very bad after the fry black (burned) oil. But you know if you eat in the mc donalds youre not realize any bad smell. How can you deal with this.

Same machine just different settings if you would…… That beeping is the item being done the one you are asking about is to filter out the oil and skim off the extra stuff in the oil like crumbs and stuff
Regular seasonal/event items in Europe. The triangles are cheese snacks, and the shrimp-shaped ones are shrimp. Although, with both present at the same time, I suspect at least one of them is a regular item in that country. I don't know about the rest of the world, but in Europe, McD runs mostly on a "4-6 weeks some event, 1-3 weeks pause" schedule.

(1) Industrial refrigeration unit. It has way more power to cool down the air that enters than a consumer freezer. (2) Small amounts of product inside. There are only one or two packages of each kind in there. That amount will be used up within hours, so it doesn't matter if it gets a couple of degrees warmer as long as it stays frozen. (3) Most of the time, that station isn't so insanely busy.
Glove overkill. I know, it's to stop contamination. But surely using the same glove for all tje chicken would be ok, then a new one for fish and for each new product.

That stove really loud Its good have timer I work in restaurant, my workplace dont have that machine Its good if you work alone like this Mine when alot of guest and i am alone in that shift , it tough Sometime i burn the food , because in my section have 2 stove with 4 burner 2 for frying other for toast (we make toast in pan) and we make salt pepper tofu When i really bussy sometime i am not pay attention to other stove If it week day we use 2 additional burner for frying just for snack section Main dish section have 4 large gas stove and one gas grill for grill chicken and fish When all stove on temperature in kitchen rise really fast because we dont have blower fan to take out heat from kitchen

Mine when alot of guest and i am alone in that shift , it tough
Sometime i burn the food , because in my section have 2 stove with 4 burner
2 for frying other for toast (we make toast in pan) and we make salt pepper tofu
When i really bussy sometime i am not pay attention to other stove
If it week day we use 2 additional burner for frying just for snack section
Main dish section have 4 large gas stove and one gas grill for grill chicken and fish
When all stove on temperature in kitchen rise really fast because we dont have blower fan to take out heat from kitchen

What temperature is the oil at?
280 degrees celsius is the standard. Don't know what that is in fahrenheit
350 Fahrenheit usually, but the temperate varies depending on how much product is in each vat. There's no use running full power when nothing's cooking, put it that way.
