Did the area around your o2 sensors turn blue/purple almost immediately? Also, some people say you’re supposed to put the “crush washer” on the o2 adapter before putting it on but the instructions dont say that. Just worried about leaks. Csnt feel any, but did around the sensor once. Also, did you have to retorque your flange nuts a bunch of times? I just put new gaskets in so that may be why.
Is there a way to check the exhaust gases leaking on the outlet ports if it's really leaking cause the area is congusted and may be there are some exhaust gases loss near the two outlet ports... I feel a small feather or a paper placed near the bent pipe can do the trick.....
Ok, another question, sorry. Did the check engine ligjt come on after install? Also did you have smoke coming from o2 sensors? Im afraid to ride the bike
I did not have smoke coming from the O2 sensors. I did have a little bit come off the pipes themselves on the initial start but that’s normal. I did not have the check engine light come on. That could be something with tuning the bike afterward.
Hi! Is there a way to make them quieter. I got the Eliminator 300 quiet baffles but they're still pretty loud. I love the looks of them and I would not change them, but I'd also could do with them being a little more quiet since I have an underground parking and the appartments are right above it.
Smart cookie, you do realise that’s how I bought the bike right? And also, he does not have the stock exhaust anymore. Quiet baffles kind of reduced the sound to a loud level, but not loud enough to make the neighbours start a petition to move me off the block loud. So it’s a win kind of situation. Will stick with them.
I bought it. You can tune it as many times as you’d like, but once you pair it with a VIN it’s married to that VIN. It can trouble code other bikes but can only tune the bike it’s married to
Awesome....
Very soon will buy a 883 and either a Mini Grenade or a Full Grenade system....
Kudos for posting this awesome video...
Thank you for watching!
Nice video. Keep them coming.

Seems like it would work but that’s beyond my realm of knowledge
@@TrueCoachG That's how i test my Yamaha RX-100 Stock Bike when i replace the bent pipe gaskets...
You can try once...
Oi! Boa noite. Sabe dizer se com este escape podemos levar garupa?
Is a tune necessary after installing the minis?
I have same bike and same exhaust
Did the mounting bracket come with exhaust or did u have to buy seperate
It came with the exhaust. Gaskets did not had to purchase separately
Ok, another question,sorry.

Smoke went away, but check engine light is still on

Did you need anything special stuff to put on the passenger pegs?
No. I had to drop the stock exhaust to install the passenger pegs. But when I installed the Mini-Grenades they fit perfectly
@@TrueCoachG and they open fine to have a passenger?
I just got a 2020 Iron 883, could I use this video to help me install this exhaust?
I believe so.
Yes its exactly the same bike other than the color
👍👍👍

Oh man thats tough. I honestly do not know.
You installed something that's called a Mini-Grenade, and now it's too loud? Huh, weird. You could always install the stock exhaust.

Did you buy the fuelpak or you just tuning one time ?
