I really liked the review and as a wedding videographer i think three lights were too much. For now i’m using one and it’s perfect but i do believe that adding this light would change the whole thing to me
gSuch a great review - thank you! I am a still photographer just starting out offerring short 1-3 minutes branding videos for my clients as well. I am looking for a video light and I use both for a food/product photography as well as for a bit of video work. I am tempted by the Godox ML60 - first of all due to price and portability. Also, the ability to set up a light in tight spaces sounds temping with the ML60. On the other hand, what's keeping me from the 150, 200 or 300 w is the huge size and higher price.
hey, love the review... question how good are they in daylight outdoors? I usually just do photos and I'm trying to ditch Flashes... any advice with these lights for outdoors?
I'm thinking that the ml60 bi is what you needed. Being as though this is on Godox's page I assume they sponsored this. But they/you didn't think in advance the bi color is the one you may have needed?
Apple iOS (for both iPhone and iPad) has an app called Sylights that allows you to create lighting setup diagrams. It's pretty cool and is a great tool for any photographer. There are others out there but I like this one the most. Hope this helps.
not sure it’s comfortable for guests the light straight in their eyes 👀, specially during the first dance of bride and groom, there is no romantic at all, much better use flashes
Just 35 seconds into the video and I'm done watching. Seeing how horrible the lighting-hard and specular, obviously "lit"-I've lost confidence whatever opinions.
Thank you for the great real working wedding videographer review Craig!
My pleasure!
You sold this for me! I was looking for a review video that actually showed the lights in use. Thanks a million!

Nice guys!
Great Video
Thanks for the visit
I'm still new to video lights, and I have a question.
What do I need to have to run V-Mount batteries with the ML60?
Just a dtap to dc plug
wish they have option for fresnel lens. Light beam is just too wide imo
nice video just wanna ask the spray smoke you use? thanks
How long do those 2 batteries last?
2 large NPF970 at full power will run about 45-50 mins

Ok, I need A quick tip please. Godox ML60 or Godox ML60 bi ¿? for weddings
What is the V-mount and connection you use to power these?

The answer is a straight no. To kill sunlight, you need HMIs. These are tiny lights to work in the dark.
Damn, no answer from Godox. I was hoping for it, because I’m wondering the same thing. What a shame.
Just wish you could focus the light a bit more.
Hello there - thanks for this video, what do you exactly use to create this steam on 5:24?
Looks like a smoke machine was used. There’s several different kinds available on Amazon
Can I get the same results with the Godox SL60w and SL100. Or is there any difference in terms of the light quality with ml60?
Does ML60 work as studio flash?
Any tips how to attach a CTO gel when using these with an AD-S60S soft box?
You will loose a lot of light when using that combination. But you could tape the cto inside of the Soft Box
Bro do you feel like it is very intrusive for first dance? I do t see many wedding photographers usi g constant light.
What kind of tripod do I need
By using these lights were you able to avoid using a flash for photography? I'm not a fan of flash, but prefer continuous light for pictures.
Learn to use flash. What if you had to shoot outdoor. Youll blind people with bright led lights
How much was the price for these and how far they project the light?
Dear Z Fazly, the price of ML60 is $269
: )
@@GODOXGlobal thank you boss :)

The bicolor option didnt exist when this video came out
how do you make that drawings of positions of light. is that made in some tool?

I agree it's a wedding not a movie set. It looks too bright in some instances.
