1:45 As someone already mentioned, a "zashiki warashi（座敷童）" is a kind of youkai. It takes up residence in people's houses & has an appearance of a child (thus zashiki = tatami room & warashi = child). It's not malevolent, though, & is thought to bring good fortune to the house it inhabits.
5:05 Those are actually "hachimakis", not "headbands". Since you asked a similar question in an earlier ep, just gonna basically copy/paste what I wrote there:
Some wear hachimakis/headbands to put some "fighting spirits" in themselves, to hype themselves up, as a sign of determination, etc, in reference to how soldiers/samurais did so before going into battle. Since everyone on the team's wearing matching hachimakis, they probably are doing so for both instilling courage in themselves & for a sense of team unity.
7:56「Aパス…E（いい）パス」→ "An A pass...Better than an F-pass". The Japanese version is a kind of pun, with the letter E sounding like 「いい = good」. I guess the translaters made it into an equivalent pun joke by taking up the grading system in the States (& elsewhere?) & saying "A is better than F".

This brief reprise from the "main match" is amazing. I'd watch a whole spin-off show about another Haikyuu team if it was done right, even if it wasn't "canon" to the overall story.
