It's not just that he took 1 more step. It's that he ONLY took 1 step into a jump, similar to how Atsumu made a perfect step into a set.
The funny thing about Kenma in the manga is it is incredibly easy to spot him on the court. Because he has a very peculiar stance that is very easy to spot. Slumped shoulders, sort of flat footed, head down.
I love that scene where Fukunaga just says "Oh.." with sparkly eyes!😳✨ It's so funny (his pun this ep wasn't very good though...😅)!
There weren't any really wonky subs this ep, but feel kinda dissapointed about the line at 15:00. I love how the VA (who happens to be 1 of my favs) delivered that line, but also feel that the original line「おおい、烏野。来たぞ！*俺達は*…来たぞ！」 had a lot more punch, with the repeated wording, etc.. Though "Hey, Karasuno. We're here. We made it this far" is just fine, I wish they could've somehow kept that rythm created by the repetition. Also, though Kuroo is kinda voicing a challenge in the original line, like "How about you guys?", expressed by the omission of pronoun in the 1st part then the deliberate inclusion in the 2nd part, I personally don't feel that from their version all that much, unfortunately. Maybe something like "We got this far. WE, at least, got this far!" (it's still missing that punch, though)?
5:32 In terms of volleyball IQ, Kenma is the smartest (actually, he's just the smartest character in Haikyuu!!, period), then it's Oikawa, followed by Tsukki. Kageyama is probably the best natural setter, but his volleyball IQ isn't near the top. I would even put Akaashi ahead of Kageyama.

i just more amaze after reading the manga karasuno vs nekoma😩and i have to give credit for Yaku too! he's literally next level libereo.
