Need to separate them wires so the pos and neg charge are together and the output are together. Then install appropriate connectors to each pair. They're just packaged that way to keep things safe and from any possible contact between the pos's and neg's.
What bike will you be using ? FYI after about 8 months this battery still gives me 45 miles doing 50 MPH with light wind temperature outside 60 and me the rider at 250lb.... great battery good investment and great decision you made . Keep me up to date
I just got one for a custom 72v mid drive ebike with a qs165 motor and bac4000 controller! I had a 52v 20ah battery and it gets to 40mph! I can't wait for it to arrive and hopefully bring my bike to around 70/80mph! with the 6600rpm and sprocket set up I have!
So no this is not lipo battery it is lithium battery and it is huge improvement and I love it . Example would be going 50mph for 47 miles in distance and 25mph for over 80 miles in distance . This version has 50 amps and peak 100 amp
Would this battery work with I've a 60amp controller but has the xt90 connector only has two bigger wires other than this battery with two red and 2 black like 4 on that battery I dont understand
Hopefully I'll be able to solder the xt90 connectors to that wire that's on the battery so fits the controller or do I need put new wire on end battery or something
Motor has 3 phase wires and den two connectors have 6 wires each from motor to them and only one them connectors are on the controller I hope it's the right controller too lol idno which one I should use tho
@@jamesneary2760 the thick red and black wires from controller go to thick black red of the battery , that is your load ..the thin wires are for charging the battery that will go to your charging port . Big wires is load small wires is charging . You are powering the controller not the wheel.
You definitely have to , it will balance all the 20 cells as these aren't just regular cells , the are square leafs that's why only 20 instead of 400 cells . FYI give couple charges at 5 amps and discharges then the battery will show it's true performance . If you have the one I do 72v 50ah at 100 amp peak amps discharge and 50 amps continuous discharge you will get 45 miles in range at about 47-50 mph speeds
Yeah always short , 10 gauge will work just fine . The wires from battery are always short the Anderson connection wires should be long enough . Anyways I'll put a link on my Instagram so you can massage and send pics to me .. maybe I can help out some more
Unfortunately it is only 50amp BMS which is only 3600 watts. It spins without load at 53 mph , will get probably second battery at 30 or 35ah will give me more amps . There is no Bluetooth in the BMS but hopefully the smart charger at 10amp will do it's job . I will be happy with 50mph am good..
@@TECHSUPPORTEBIKE Yeah the battery is the heart of your bike so it what it is.Im still thinking about just what battery I'll get bit it's going to have wait for now unfortunately.
Together? What do you mean? Charge is different from discharge .my charge is xt60 and it is installed in a frame all I have to do just plug it in , my discharge is connected to controller from the battery you can't have them connected together because it is a point of charge and discharge two different functions.
@@TECHSUPPORTEBIKE yes the battery is fine I already report everything to the company sent pictures etc but no response from them yet and even notified snap finance
Definitely let me know what happens , I want to see if they honor their warranty . You don't want to have any problems down the line with the battery performance.

Just solder the wire very well heat it with torch so it melts well good Bond
