UPDATE: BTRPower customer service was amazing and sent me a brand new 72v 60ah battery after they reviewed this video, to top it off, they didn't even make me send back the damaged unit. Amazing, just amazing. I would recommend BTRPower for anyone's Ebike over the competition any day of the week. The new one works awesome by the way.

You are supposed to plug the charger in the battery first then plug it in the wall.
