Just bought an EK4 and 20yrs later I’m back at it. I had an itch for SIR build w/ B18C5 power plant.

Watching this makes me miss my civic sooooo much!! I had the K tuned shifter in my car and seeing this one looks so much better and easier to adjust, it definitely beats going under the car to adjust the throw lol. I’m definitely going back into the Honda game next summer and buying a shifter from hybrid racing 👌🏽.

First rime ive seen it installed from the bottom. Normally we put it on top over the hole and send the bolts through the bottom. So the base also acts as your dust boot.

i just bought and installed this along with the circuit hero plate. my shifter is off center quite a bit, favoring the drivers side, not sure if thats normal and also i noticed i had a lot of play in the shifter itself, just on the top half, it sort of rocks back and forth, thought it felt cheap sorta. noticed yours also swaying from side to side while having no hands on it. interesting design. 100% better than stock though especially for the price, would still recommend

Awesome video and super informative. Getting my hybrid shifter soon and I'm so excited! I'm going to be running a r-fab shifter plate with the hybrid that mounts inside the tunnel and does away with the stabilizer rod.

The front shift bushing should be rubber or poly. Race team I worked with ran those solid bushings, and they split a couple transmissions with them.
