This house shows that classic styles transcends decades. This house will stay stylish even in 10-20 years. Also kudos to the owners for not only choosing amazing design elements but for maintaing the beauty of the house. Im especially impressed by the tile choices especially in the master's shower and the dining area. I would buy it if i weren't poor 🤷.

This is one of my favorite house tour. I love how they placed wood to give warmth to this mansion. It's not just a cold concrete house. And all parts of the house are really functional.
Definitely agree - kung ako masusunod I would treat them as equals. Kung ano comfort ko comfort din nila in a humane way di naman ibig sabihin bibigyan ko sila ng sasakyan - balanse lang at makatao. Kung ano kakainin ko yun rin ang kakainin nila. I would make it sure na yung quarters are as the same and uniform sa buong bahay. I will give them importance kasi without them your HOUSE MANSION would be TRASH!!!
Knowing a part of the mansion is so dirty and unorganized is a bummer. The owner would probably not go there but the staff who clean the house and cook are working in those environments... not good for their mindset
If u would notice may table and chairs and stove sa tabi ng laundry area which is quite disorganized and super in contrast sa napaka bonggacious na dining area at mga kwarto sa loob.. i assume those are the areas for the helpers which is sobrang laki ng difference compare sa napakamarangyang set up ng mga amo.. auko maging judgemental but i guess they dont treat their staff ng maayos... And maybe un ang dahilan kung bat kelangan nila ibenta ang bahay kahit ayaw nila (just like wat julia mentioned sa bandang dulo ng video) 😒😏 di kc natuwa c Bro with the way they treated their helpers, kaya ayan, something came up malamang and they cant afford na mag stay pa jan sa house na yan.. baka binawasan ni Bro ang cash flow at ang pasok ng swerte sa knila bcoz of their mindset and attitude 😒😏

The masters bedroom is so lit ! Not typical room compare to other houses and the big window / glass door was so amazingggg whoooh that can make you feel relax because of the view! Wow! Love the layout and lookouts. I like multi-level split house. Plus that aquarium-looking pool. I've always imagined something like that. I'm still short 93% on my budget lol. One day soon hopefully. Things that I might change if i can afford this house: Swastika-design door at the Spa room. And I might replace those antiques. Not fond of statues. hope there's a provision for elevator. But overall, this house is absolutely amazing. Love watching Presello. Been a fan for a long time.
