That kitchen counter is beautiful. Sinks were always made to be clear on top and with a window. This house takes that to another level.

Wow, a spacious house with swimming pool and a smart home for 24 million is really a worth one to buy. To compare to 233 million house I've seen on tiktok not even a smart house, generally speaking the price itself is not negotiable. If I have a money and looking for a house to buy I'm definitely down to this.

this house was so aesthetic, i am badly obsessed with the living room.
I think the aesthetic here is more iki than wabi-sabi. Wabi-sabi connotes embracing imperfections and transience as opposed to iki that connotes a more deliberate presentation of something as mundane, simple, even gritty.
Nonetheless, LOVE the house. The stucco walls are hard to pull off but it was well done here. Haaay sana all may 35million lol

This house is in very international level of designs. Which I see in a luxurious magazines; even though I'm not into it I feel calm and peace. Very brilliant architecture!

I guess my one and only concern is that one of the staff rooms is beside the pump room which I believe is very noisy (as heard in the video) I know that the pump is not on 24/7 but still is disturbing to the person resting in the room beside it.
maybe use it as a store room if you only have a few staff with you
It can be utilize as a pantry. The other two rooms on the the laundry area can be the staff rooms

Smart home , so it means, it has great internet connection in the area, a very perfect house near beaches. I loved it!
This is the most relaxing home that I have seen. The living room, bedroom and pool views remind me of Boracay white sand beaches. The camera loves the light colors and every shot is in perfect focus. Even the staff kitchen looks professional and expensive. White rounded corners throughout the house remind me of Greek Island homes. I also avoid furniture with sharp edges after smashing into so many sharp edges. Perfect 5 stars.
Ang taste ni Julia is Charming, Minimalist, Scandinavian style, Family centered, Timeless Homes. Not the Bachelor pad type, In-your-face, Ultra Luxe, Overwhelming Mansions other builders specialize in. With these kind of houses you’ll hear and FEEL her say ANG GANDAAA. SO CLEANNN. CHARMINGGG.

OMG. This house is incredible. Very unique and beautiful. Not at all like the typical boxy designs of most modern houses today. To me, this has surpassed the Ayala Heights house (the one with the intro was Julia just sitting beside the pool) to be my #1 pick. :) This, then the Ayala Heights house, then the more modest one in Verdana. Personally, I like medium sized houses that are beautifully designed than gigantic mansions.
