I always wondered how easy or difficult this would be….but you’ve made it clear that I can do it! I’ll be back in nice this autumn again so will have to give it a try!, thanks for leading the way!
Heyyyyyyy 🥳🚤🌞 This was so cool ! Hahah, awesome. I did several boat trips around Nice,Cannes and the area, but never by myself. Wow,I think this is a must to do! You ve done all perfectly, pretty girls. Well done 👍🏻 F⭐️A⭐️N⭐️T⭐️A⭐️S⭐️T⭐️I⭐️C ‐------‐------------------------------------------------- Interesting tatoo on the left hand 😳😊. Ahhhh, where is the epic ending 😎? This was a great episode and idea! Very different. I bet many people didn't know about it. Including myself. 🤍
Happy you liked it! 🤩 …and about the tattoo - surprised you hadn’t noticed earlier 😉 Have a great week! (I hope we manage to edit the next video on time, still juggling with family trips all over the place 😅)
👍🤩 You can catch tram line no. 2 to its terminal „Port Lympia“ and from there walk for about 15 minutes to the yacht club (or catch another bus from there, no. 98 I think). But it’s probably more fun to walk along the promenade from the old town to the port (10-15 min), hop on the shuttle boat (exact locations in description below video) across the port and walk the rest of the way (less than 10 min probably).
wow,the sea seems so calm an d not choppy. #will it be like this in second week of September and the weather? Thanks for sharing love all your videoes, can't wait for the next one!
Thanks!! The Mediterranean around here is pretty calm most of the time, but outside of summer chances are higher to come across some rougher sea occasionally. September can be both, but if you go in the morning you’re more likely to have a very calm sea than later in the day. The weather is normally still perfect for a boat trip in all of September
What a great idea! I've been watching your videos a lot lately in preparation for a Côte d'Azur trip in late September/early October (staying in Villefranche-sur-Mer). Thanks so much for sharing your experiences, they're all great! I was thinking of doing a guided boat tour out of Nice, but this looks even better. I'm curious, given we'd be there after the tourist season, would you wait until closer to the travel dates to book the boat ride, just to ensure the weather is going to be good? Being from Southern California, I know there can be cloudy days around that time, but having never been to 'Le Sud de la France' , I'm not sure if the weather truly is the same. I'm torn between booking now so I don't miss out on the opportunity, or waiting to pick the ideal day. It seems you were able to get something even in the height of tourist season, so maybe waiting is OK. What do you think? Thanks again for all your great videos!
Thanks a lot! You’re right about the weather, and we were literally able to book 2 or 3 days in advance in peak season. But the owner told us he will close up for winter some time at the end of September or in October, depending on the weather - so maybe do check with him in advance just to be sure they‘ll still be open. They’re nice and speak English
I was in the Nice week ago just for three days and I would never go there in July. It was so hot. Literally, you can’t be outside more than an hour. Plus, it was so overcrowded I will go back, but never in the summertime. I absolutely love swimming in the sea for sure. Boat ride would be excellent.
Yes, it really depends on what you’re looking for… if you like hot summer days (and crowds 😉) July and August are great, otherwise visit between Sept and June 😊
Love your videos. Merci! (& Danke). Travelling to Nice for 3 weeks at the end of the month. Was very curious about boat rentals and this video was very helpful. One question if I may, where do you find good chocolate in Nice and surrounding areas. I always like to bring back chocolate from France.
Thank you! 🙏 there are great chocolateries - but it is kind of hot too… so it wouldn’t be our first choice to bring back chocolate 😅 Here are some special places in Nice: Maison Auer Choco mon Amour Chocolatier LAC Confiserie Florian
20 yeatrs on the Riviera. WoW. As far as swimming goes, we will be in Nice on 15/8 and are wondering about jellyfish - I see you swimming without a rashguard or wetsuit, are our fears of jellyfish stings silly?
@@kenedstrom1556 hey, no, not silly - but we didn’t see any jellyfish that day! There can be - but it’s the exception. Before going swimming have a look around and maybe ask other swimmers if they‘ve seen any. But it’s really not that big an issue. I‘ve been stung once or maybe twice in over 20 years.
WOW, BEST SUGGESTION YET: YACHT CLUB TOO, WELL DONE. AND THANKS
🙏🤩 you’re very welcome! Thank you!!!

Cool! 😃 Make sure they’re still open… they close some time in October usually for the winter
Thank you loves for another fantastic video ❤
Amazing, what a great idea. Loved this video as we love all the videos. Congrats, great to have you back! Thank you, regards from Aruba

Great!!! 🤩 Happy to hear! 👍 keep watching, we‘ll try to come up with more good ideas 😉
Love it. Thank you! Always was wondering about the last restaurant you went to in the evening. Now I know :) 🙏
Thanks! PS: we never ate there (Le Plongeoir), just had drinks. Lovely spot 🤩

Dear ladies, many thanks for another amazing video. Could you advise how to get the club nautique by public transport?

Hello ! When we rent the boat, can we swim in the water ? Amazing video !
Thank you! Yes you can! They indicate where you’re allowed to drop anchor (next to Cap Ferrat in our case)
super video!
Merci!!!
A great way to swim without walking on the rocks on the beach.
