Hi Kj, remove the electric connector first. Then just play with it gently moving and twisting until it come out. I don't remember exactly what holds it in place, but look at the replacement sensor which should give you a good idea. I dont remember it being hard to remove at all. You will have to do it by feel though.

Hello, if I understand you correctly, your AC is cool when the car is stopped but not when driving...I would check your fan first. It seems like an electric issue.

@@masood-tv thanks for ur reply , No air from driver side vent next to the driver door secondly blows hot air from the lower vent which is on top of parking brake. Remaining all vents blows cold ie front center sides and rear cooling is perfect. No other codes on AC panel except A1269.
There are a lot of climate related sensors. You could change them and the one in this video. However, without proper diagnosis, it may not resolve your issue. Two things you can do; however, is to reset the code. If it persists, turn all auto functions off and manually control fan speed, etc....see if that helps in getting cold air to all vents...
@@masood-tv I forget to ask u if by any chance u have the fuse diagram paper (details of all the fuses) which comes with Mercedes normally it’s kept on top of spare tire and spare fuses pls send me a copy if u have it.
Sure, if you are experiencing the symptoms in the description, it means you already have a bad sensor. Cleaning it out will not make the symptoms any worse.

@@4DALOOKS92, I never have. They are basically thermometers. You can clean them if you want by spraying electronic parts cleaner or MAF sensor cleaner.

Masood how many plastic covers need to remove,I tooked one but still don’t see…u have to remove some part of carpet?Im in Uk so steering wheel on the right I believe the sensor will be on left side which is closed to glove box

Hi Vasco Vasco - the problem could be with the controls or the blower's regulator - most likely electronic in nature. You will have to isolate it by methodically testing.

It indeed sounds weird. Haven't run across that yet, and won't know what it is without testing...check the condition of your sun sensor as a culprit.

Is it okay if i use the hole before install the new sensor to clean the evaporator by foam ?

Hi Izzy Jr. I think that is an in-car temperature sensor. There is another overhead to the right of the sliding roof button.
