My 2020 has optional LED ambient lighting package…LED lights all along curves on interior doors, lighted Lexus emblem in door sills, and LED lights over glove compartment
Mike, I love your night drives! So much more styling is being put into vehicles with the ambient lighting and that’s something I personally want to see!
Thanks for doing this night time video of the RX. It’s always been my favorite thing about this car. The lux model is a must for this car, because most its features, and driving experience is so close to the Its cousin the 2020 Highlander Platnium.
You know I like the way Lexus implements this feature 17:05 because the doors stay locked. I had rental 2020 BMW 330i that had this same feature except the car unlocked, the mirrors unfolded and the head and tail lights illuminated as you got close.
Great night time light reviews. I like that you show interacting with the various features and how the cars lights respond. My only suggestion would be to identify the year, model, trim level, options (especially if you are demonstrating lights that come as part add on option or are standard). I also like the the editing and music choices. I really enjoy this!
the models from 2009-2014 had headlamps which turn into a corner depending on speed and steering wheel angle ! Models from 2015 until now only come with cheap simple On/Off bulbs like a KIA. I always enjoy my headlamps in darkness doing this wonderful move with the cars driving line.
I can't believe they didn't put any illumination in the doors. My 2013 GS has really cool LED strips behind the wood-grain door panels, as well as the door release handle. Little things that just go away...too bad.
Don’t understand made in Canada. They are all made in Japan....why some say made in Canada? Thanks for showing the lights this vehicle has! You are the only one I have found. Just learning about the safest car out there. So far the Lexus RX 350 seems to be the one.
I have a 2020 rx350l and mine do - I love that it does that! I also have a lot more ambient lighting in the floors, doors, and dash than shown here. Even with my brightness set at 50%, it is quite nice at night and not a struggle to see anything
Great and in depth reviews on all your videos..like its answers all my questions about the car.. But try to have your video Thumbnail more professionally made to caught attention.. Never knew you had great content until i decided not to judge the book by its cover.. mad in depth review! thanks
Thanks for your feedback. It took a lot of work to get the image you see in the thumbnail... more than one day if I remember correctly. Probably one the best thumbnails on the internet IMO :)
There are way too many automatic features on new vehicles in my opinion. And it automatically lighting up when you approach it is a terrible idea in my opinion as well. You should be able to click if you want but never automatically! I work at a dealership on cars and I have so much trouble locking the vehicle it sucks time out of my day.
Great vehicle! But, I agree about too many auto features. People today are either lazy or lacking in driving skills to need all this assistance! I’m afraid it’s just gonna be a pile of money having to fix things that I don’t even need because when they go out they’ll probably be affecting something I do need 🤨! 😅
just takes a 2 second google search to get the answer, c'mon: "Naturally, U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 108 means we won't get BladeScan - that goes for you, too, Canada. The now-52-year-old U.S. law mandates a single low beam and a single high beam setting, with no intermediate settings and no activation of high and low beams simultaneously. Toyota, Audi and BMW have been trying for six years to get FMVSS 108 changed to permit new and potentially lifesaving headlight technologies."
You don’t know just how important it is to see how the car looks at night and what it can do.
Thanks for the video
Excellent information for my impending purchase of a used 2020 RX.
Your example of the cornering light was perfect, exactly what I was looking for
great vid. LOVE LOVE LOVE the at night vids. nobody does these.
My 2020 has optional LED ambient lighting package…LED lights all along curves on interior doors, lighted Lexus emblem in door sills, and LED lights over glove compartment
Appreciate all the effort you put into your videos
It’s 2020 and any car that doesn’t have LED headlights I don’t want it
Love your at nights Reviews Mike

So excited to see someone reviewed the lights at night!! Super awesome, thank you!!

I receive this. Looking forward to purchasing my RX!

Even Kia/Hyundais do that
I have to admit Lexus does have one of the more distinctive exterior lightning
Very informative I have hard time seeing at night
I will be getting this Lexus

Such a beautiful vehicle
Hey Mike your reviews are awesome, especially at nights ones, keep going! Greeting from Buenos Aires.
This is amazing in detail video , thank you.
Great content!
Thanks for this, very informative

The drivers side Xenon/LED light beam is required by law to be lower than the passenger side beam to avoid blinding oncoming drivers.
Outstanding review, thanks, Mike!
I love this car so much...its the vehicle i aspire to aquire some day...
Japanese auto makers need to up their interior ambient lightning game.
They have done so for Acura in their A-Spec and Advance packages. Looks really good in the TLX model.
I don't really care. Not everyone want a nightclub in their cars.
@@flandrescarlet486 thank You😂
People want a stress free reliable luxury ride without spending half their life in repair shop so I don’t t think Lexus owners mind
I'm a fan of Japanese auto makers and I gotta admit it's a bit boring in the interiors😭 I miss the wood steering wheels and bright interior lighting
I can't believe they didn't put any illumination in the doors. My 2013 GS has really cool LED strips behind the wood-grain door panels, as well as the door release handle. Little things that just go away...too bad.
Very nice Lexus. Great videos, keep up the great work!
I like the Lexus rx350 cause I work at Lexus in New Hampshire.
M.Chase can you tell me when the new RX redesign Gen5 coming?
Do the cornering lights have to be activated with fog light on? Or just even automatic with fog light off?
I have the same concern on the vehicle incoming traffic headlight it’s lower than the passenger side, the dealer said it’s normal, uh?
Very nice! (Both the car and your review.)
Where's the "LEXUS" Light displayed on ground upon opening driver door?
Exactly what I was thinking. Strange not to see it.
i love lexus

Most RX 350’s are made in Canada . Plant is ranked #1 in the world.
can you do the 2020 highlander platinum AT NIGHT? love your vids
How do you turn off floor lights
just wondering if the headlight move when your in corner? like bmw benz

What option pkg is this? Or is it standard equiptment or a la carte add ons?

Nice review Mike! You should show the new Audi Q8 dash in the night! Lexus RX look very old compared to te Q8 !
Regular or premium gas?
USDM doesn’t has a BladeScan AHS like JDM?

Did not show third brake light on the above night test

Wow very nice but so expensive in Turkiye :)
RX doesn't have Ambient Light, I like it.

Reminds me of my 2018 Kia Optima SX
Hi
Молодец, теперь я увидел как работает свет
Japanese cars suck when it comes to interior lighting.
Ooooohhhhh...... Lights......
Knight Rider?
No BladeScan?? Trash, german cars had it 5 years ago.

These triple beam led headlights don’t move with steering wheel?
