Memories are made of this this reminds me of my mom's cooking we would eat it with ghee chapaties or brune bread or with rice and dhal.thanks again God bless you.
Looks yum I normally fry the masala in the onion for the raw taste to go n then add all the other ingredients as I don't eat potatoes n rice il only put greenpeas n eat with chapati
The onions should have been roasted fully and the tomatoes till the oil starts showing, then the keema was still raw and you added room temperature water, shiuld have given some time to roast the raw keema with the onion tomato properly till its juices released, then added the green masala and sauted well, then added hot or warm water, to maintain the temperature & taste , then covered and completed the process
It is the same thing what he had done since it is beef meat it need some time to cook so you add hot Or cold water at the end it has to cook well. I use the same process and it turns out to be perfect.

Hii
Yeh pinto here is one more pinto you should never marinated meat with vinegar it will never cook
Hi Pinto I always apply Vinegar for beef and keep for some time as the acetic acid in the vinegar helps in making the meat more tender and flavorful.
Vinegar or lemon juice are very good for tenderising meat
Great recipe, tried it out and it was a superhit. Thanks Vinay. Go Carnival.👍🛳️
