- GOAN GREEN CHUTNEY
Grated fresh coconut. 1 cup
Onion red medium. 1 each
Fresh coriander leaves. 1 bunch
Green chillies. 4 each
Cumin whole. Half tspn
Garlic whole. 5 clove
Ginger. 1 inch
Lemon juice. Half each
Sugar. 2 tblspn Tamarind. 1 Lime size
Salt. To taste

We can make add soaked n roast peanuts or walnuts or cashew seeds
Secondly we can make same way called fishermen chutney just substitute green cilantro n green chillies .add wet coriander seeds n red chilli n goan jaggery instead of sugar.enjoy

Yes you were a bit hesitant or slow with the commentary, so I fast forwarded! No complaints!
The roast onion, seems so clever, because, we always used a small quarter of raw onion!
Some use a little oil while grinding, but it seems better to temper the oil (todka) with very little mustard seeds and je 9:14 era, so little, only to remove the raw oil taste.
Or simply heat and cool the oil before use
The oil makes the chutney uniform without any whole clumps of corriander - a sort of emultion!
The oil and roast onion will allow safe storage for later use without becomming too watery!
Storage could make it sweeter!
I have always avoided sugar, for my personal liking, but also liked sandwiches made differently, by someone else who knew the job!
With or without sugar!

I think there is no point in putting both tamarind and lemon.putting one of them is sufficient.
I used both because there is difference in sourness of both the ingredients, lemon gives sharpness and tamarind gives sweet and sour flavor..you can try my recipe and you will love it 😊

Lemon does not allow the greens to get black .
U have not added salt to it u should have added salt
He has added butter and salt in the end just check
