i love chicken liver! only $2.99/lb at whole foods. i soak in milk overnight, drain, rinse, & toss it with pressed garlic and grated ginger, add turmeric, garam masala, cayenne, and set aside while i caramelize onions in butter, then add the livers! it's delicious, and hard to stop eating!
My favorite is chicken liver, probably because it's the most mild flavored liver. I always cook it the same way, saute it in butter. I never bread it. :)
In the black community chicken liver and gizzards are staples. You can find it in restaurants in the midwest and southern states. I ate both and like them I sautee mines now but it's traditionally coated with flour and deep-fried. I want to try the lamb liver. Lamb is just so expensive in the States regardless of the parts.
If chicken is farm raised than go with it but in this commercial world we mostly get boiler chicken injected with antibiotics and harmones. We should think twice before consuming it
Hi Kait, I grew up eating my mums wonderful these 3 livers. I am 68 and I eat chicken and Lamb very frequently but Beef liver very hard to get. A lovely way of cooking the chicken liver is pan fry in is 1/4 cup of extra virgin oil in med heat until all the moisture is evaporated and only oil is left then add salt and pepper and enjoy the livers. Beef and Lamb, slice them thinly then flour both sides dip them in egg wash, then bread crumb them just like you do chicken snitzels. Pan fry for 4 minutes each side on med heat in extra virgin oil 1/2 cup. when finished sprinkle salt and pepper and sqeeze a little lemon on top. ( Sydney Australia )
And homemade Thai red Chili sauce... But.. I add TRCS to "ever re thing" that I have a hard time liking the taste of but that I know is good for me. Liver for the win 🏆😜
My beef liver story: I finally got the courage to buy one fresh beef liver from Harvard Meats here in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. (They sell grass-fed meats.) When I arrived home, I took the liver out of the package and noticed a vein. Omg. Blood came out of the vein. How could I eat this??? I thought about my doctor’s advice to try a new protein and “be brave!” But this thing was an ORGAN... I fried it in real butter. It would not get cooked! It just kept bleeding. The house began to smell like liver. I turned on the vent over the stove and kept cooking the thing. I cut it up into little bite-sized pieces, tossing the veins in the garbage. It got done, finally. But I could not eat it. I turned off the fire and put the lid on. I watched a 30 minute show and regretted my liver purchase. It looked and smelled awful. An hour later I’m thinking I’m a wussy for not eating the liver. I step into the kitchen and pull off the lid. There it laid, brown and cold. I grabbed a fork and tried a nibble. I ate it all. IT WAS DELICIOUS.
Lol. Me and my sister's would fight over mums chicken livers she would make on a Sunday. She would only make a small amount. Curried chicken livers. Tasted like pate but spicy.
@Lee TV yes, cut it in thin strips, put it in a bowl with rosemary leaves and raw milk or coconut milk, leave overnight in fridge and the next day dry and then oven bake for 20-30min and eat. Makes a great snack.

Good one. I am not a big fan of the taste of liver. I make liver jerky. I freeze it then thaw it slightly, and cut it into thin strips. I marinade in Worcestershire then some salt or chili flakes. Dehydrate for a few hours. Tastes pretty good. Liver’s texture lends itself well to jerky. Not hard, nice and chewy. Deer liver jerky is actually quite delicious. Don’t forget cod liver I’m eating some as I write this.
just cut up into small pieces and swallow raw wth water, you wot taste it, as well as get more vitamins, minerals ect out of it as well as not consume inflammatory seasonings.
I pressure canned chicken livers in pint jars last week to see how they would process. Wow, how nice to just pop open a jar! Still firm and tasted wonderful, will do it again for sure. I had been filling up my instant pot and making it all for the kittens I just rescued, but now its all mine!

There's only one way to eat liver. Fried bacon onion and thinly sliced liver tossed in last for a few minutes. Add cream for a minute if you like. It's wonderful. Thanks for the information. Always wondered why the lambs liver never got a mention on the net.
I mostly consume chicken-livers. They are higher in vitamins, which are lower in the others and is not so overloaded with vitamin a. Around November-January, I can also get goose-livers sometimes : they are even better, unbelievable rich and tasty.
Great information! I love beef liver..I bake it ( about a pound at a time ) in the oven at 375 F for 45 minutes ( glass baking dish covered with foil) then store in air tight container in fridge and add some to each meal I eating beef and eggs only) :) Yummy! Chicken livers are great too..I must try finding some and bake those :) They are not easy to find here in Nova Scotia, Canada and Iamb liver..I have never seen that here :) Love your videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Kaity, Beef liver is so hard to buy here in Sydney as I asked many butchers but to no avail. Yes Lamb and chicken liver is very easy to find. Great video thank you 🥰
I grew up eating beef liver and loved the way my mom cooked it with onions, butter and garlic. My new favorite way to eat it is as a pate which I prepare myself from grass fed cows and refrigerate for use throughout the week as a snack.
Mick Schmick 6 tblsp of butter, 1 garlic clove minced, 2 tblsp of heavy whipping cream and half pound of grass fed beef liver. Use 3 tblsp of butter and garlic to cook the liver which is cut into strips. Set aside to rest once cooked. Then after 5 minutes, place in blender with the other 3 tblsp of butter, whipping cream and blend until smooth. Make sure to store in a rameskin or sealable glass/ceramic cup so it keeps well in the fridge. Also salt and pepper to taste.
As long as it's liver, I eat it. I love liver. I'm Greek, so I eat mostly lamb liver, as it's the cheapest and the most available. Beef liver, in my opinion, is a bit tastier though.
I’ve been studying nutrition in foods to this level for a couple years now, one thing I’m noticing is food is very much the same. A lot of people will tell you you have to eat kale because it’s better than spinach, which is better than arugula or other leafy greens. They’ll tell you to eat one fruit over another go to eat, one specific type of vegetable over another or like this some people will tell you to eat one type of liver over the other. But what I found when you look at these foods is many of them are pretty much the same thing. Yes, they have different levels of nutrients in them, but they all have essentially the same nutrients for the most part, and in the realm of organ meats, you definitely want to be eating them because they’re great for you, but if you like one over the others or don’t like one type, then eat the one you like because they’re all going to be great foods for you and yes, some may have a little more nutrients than others but as long as you’re eating healthy food you’re usually getting what you need. So I wouldn’t bend over backwards to get one over the other if I go into a store and They had lamb liver that was cheaper than beef liver. I would go ahead and get it because it’s really close enough, I think sometimes we obsess, and I can understand that if you have a very specific deficiency, and you’re looking for a single nutrient, but if you’re eating a healthy diet, in general, you’re doing good and you really don’t have to be quite that particular. I would spend more time to look into the source of the meat. Beef liver may have more of these nutrients than lamb liver but lamb liver is going to be consistent because sheep don’t usually eat grain and aren’t usually fed the same. They’re usually out eating grass, if you’re buying specifically pasture, raised grass fed grass finished beef And it is definitely a little more nutrient dense but if you’re buying cheap liver, which is still actually pretty good for you you’re probably gonna be better off going with the lamb because they just like grass better than anything else and usually aren’t eating a bunch of grain and feedlot beef is going to be missing most of its nutrients anyway and have pretty bad fat type of balances. But in general, if you’re eating healthy correctly raised liver you’re gonna be doing really good I would never say don’t eat lamb liver. You must eat beet liver over it. Both of them are an A+ food and there’s very little other type of food that you can eat that evening to come close to us and if you’re eating either one you’re pretty much already going to be doing great. If you can access grass fed grass finished beef liver than awesome but if you can’t and you have lamb liver, then don’t worry about it. It will still be awesome.
I wouldn’t have thought that chicken liver is highest in iron. This is great!! I’m low in iron. And it’s great that it’s also highest in vitamin c because that is required for proper absorption of iron!! I was very reluctantly eating beef liver but didn’t like the taste at all.. but I can eat chicken liver all day!!!
Caribou has a delicate mild taste, moose taste like beef. It has to be a very quick kill though! A neck (spine) or heart shot kills quick and adrenaline doesn’t get into the system. If it’s a lung shot or a slow death, then adrenaline gets into the system and the liver (and meat) will have a stronger flavor. Also, if it’s a male in rut... the meat will have a VERY strong taste. So strong the even a hungry sled dog might not eat it!
I have to go with beef liver mainly because I have never found mutton liver anywhere and chicken liver is only palatable deep fried and I am staying away from those deep fryer fats as they are oxidized omega 6 crap. Liver and onions is still an all time favorite though I do season mine differently then the traditional recipe, I am Cajun and we like our seasonings.
My favourite is chicken liver baked with chillies (garlic and onions) to eat on bread or with rice, very common in the Dutch Antilles. in Europe, I ate beef liver, but I did not like it so much. If not well done it tastes like shoe leather and it is chewy like shoe leather, juuuuhh . My ex-wife (mother of my children is a Greek) and from lamb liver she switched to my Caribbean Chicken liver (recipe) as her favourite. Thank you for your video. I thought liver is an organ and thus bad for your health. The opposite is true I see. I will eat more of it and more often, yummy . Thank you again
I really like chicken liver more than beef liver I make pate. But if you have never had ostrich liver pate that is the best one I've ever tried there are websites that will deliver it and its organically raised only 3.50 a pound. Highly recommend trying it with some cranberry sauce they're meant for each other!
I love beef liver I get it at a local grass fed butcher in NYC I cook it in butter salt and pepper and grilled sliced onions 🧅! I just ate some with 2 duck eggs 🥚!
Thanks for the info! I primarily eat beef liver... fried in bacon grease and with quality salt. I will incorporate more chicken and lamb liver (if I can find it!) into my diet regimen.
Thanks for making this! I had always wondered which was the best nutritionally, so this was really helpful. I have chicken and lamb liver in the freezer, and they are so damn cheap too! So happy to know I can get plenty of what I need with both of these 😁👍
What type of livers did the tests say they used? Lamb is usually grass fed. Here both beef and chicken are normally fed grains. I never had lamb liver as everything lamb is very expensive around here. Between beef and chicken, I prefer beef. I think chicken liver has a grainy texture. Currently, I normally use 1 or 2 oils in a skillet. Usually ghee and olive oil. I put the liver in with seasonings. Garlic, sea salt, black pepper, thyme, basil, and turmeric. I add in some other stuff. I normally pick 2 or 3 from onions, broccoli, mushrooms, and a California vegetable blend. I put my stove on medium low and cover the skillet. I never time it. I go by smell and then check it. I don't even need to stir it. When I take it off the stove, I sometimes mix in nutritional yeast and then sprinkle cheese over the top. If I were to use frozen chicken liver, I would stir it during cooking to make sure it all cooks through. I do use frozen beef liver and have never needed to stir it.
I saw on one video that you can cut your liver up in a little pill size pieces freeze them Raw and then you can just take them out on your meal time and swallow them raw like a vitamin. I’m going to try it. Just bought mine delivered yesterday and I’m getting ready to go in the kitchen and slice it up. If you listen to Dr. Ken Berry He says you can eat raw meat. So this was on another video. But it was also from someone that follows Dr. Barry. It was a suggestion for people who don’t like the taste of liver. I hope this helps if you see it
Hi Kait! I’m from Birmingham, UK 🇬🇧 I eat beef liver, not a lot though, I’ll have roughly 250g chopped finely and added to a beef chili. I know other people here who favour lamb liver over beef due to taste and others who make chicken liver pâté for sarnies (sandwiches)
I'm in New Zealand so lambs fry is abundant (same as aus). I tend to use a 50/50 blend of liver and bacon to make a pate, and then sometimes I will spread this on my steak for the last few minutes in the air fryer and it makes a delish crust. :)
From nz too and although it sucks that most our best lamb cuts are exported and steaks, shanks etc are so overpriced but liver and kidney is dirt cheap.
because of this video I exclusively eat 2oz of raw lamb liver every other day and beef liver in 4o every 2 weeks. And it's been doing wonders for myself. I cannot find chicken liver apart from asking my local butcher and I feel no need for it.
Hi.. thanks for the video..my favourite is Lamb and chicken liver. I eat every Sunday. Lamb is Rs.150 (250grams) and chic is Rs.30(250grams) in India. I never tried beef yet. Anyhow nice info thanks 👍
I'm in Australia too. I just tried lamb liver and lamb heart for the first time. The heart was really good although not as nutritious as the liver. liver was also good. will definitely be adding to my weekly meals.
Here in Scotland I often buy pigs liver or ox liver (which is I suppose is basically beef) Most of the time I fry it with bacon and and onions then I add a gravy and serve with mashed potatoes
A childhood favourite of mine was basically a chicken soup that woyld be make with chicken innards, bones and an unfertilized egg. Nowadays, because its cheaper to just but liver, I just boil 150grams of liver in water with a bit of olive oil and salt and let it reduce. Add a medium chopped egg on top and its a great dish for when your feeling queasy or for eating after fasting or during an animal based diet
Liver In the UK is cheap enough, I pay about 0.93p for 450g for beef liver, 1.15 for 250g of lambs liver and 2.75 for 400g duchy organic chicken liver. Lambs are everywhere so I trust it the most but me , the dogs and the cat prefer beef. Gives me a 3 day high.
Thanks for the information, have just tried chicken liver from foodland, love it, just cooked on the outside, salted and served with scotch fillet steak. Was planning to eat as my OMAD, but there seems to be a lot of vitamin A worries if consumed more than twice weekly. Your thoughts?
Any beef, especially beef liver , is extremely expensive in England.. but I found lamb, pork, chicken liver very cheap .. any take on pork liver nutrients ?
I prefer the taste of chicken livers. My Whole Foods has organic chicken liver for $4.49 a pound. I like to cook, make a purée with just salt. I put it in fridge and then eat cold by the spoonful or as a dip on perk rinds.
I buy 2 pounds of the Bell and Evans chicken livers from Whole Foods every week.. I usually mix small chunks in with my other meats. How much salt do you mix with how much chicken liver? Thanks!
Can i take liver supplemts everyday? And how many should i take because on the bottle it says 6 supplements but I heard lots of people said its toxic if i take everyday? Im confused. If you can explain please.
I eat beef liver two to three times a week as part of my ketogenic lifestyle over two years. Along with 5 eggs a day, beef liver is a superfood. I have a tremendous amount of energy. 😊
I eat deer liver being a hunter on vacouver island I think it's superior especially when the deer feeds in gold rich areas. Mineral rich vegetation.especially miners lettuce
You should try Cod liver. It comes in a tin unless you get it from freshly caught Cod. It's pretty meagre so best adding it to something like mayo or cream cheese to make a dip/sauce. Very tasty.
I usually get chicken liver here in the UK. Being Filipino my mum usually cooks it adobo style with fresh minimal ingredients salt, pepper, bit of lemon and butter. None of the premade sauces coz she knows I'm anal about that kind of stuff.
To be honest lamb liver best in the taste , my mother has a beautiful recipe you guys can’t stop eating trust me… 1. Wash perfectly 2. Take some oil and fry 2 onion’s paste. 3. Now add liver pieces 4. Add ginger garlic paste 5. Add red chill powder and turmeric , coriander powder and salt 6. Add some raw spices (not so much) 7. After 5-6 min on the high glame add 2 tomato puree 8. Add some kasoori meethi and green coriander lives(additional) Thanks me later 😊
What country do you live in? I live in the United States and haven't found a food store that carries cod liver. I have to order it canned online if I want to add cod liver to my diet. Cod liver nutrientwise looks to be the kig of livers due to it's high D3, omega 3 fatty acid, and mineral content.
@@dunningkruger9122 my supermarket just started to stock canned Cod Liver, before i had to go to a fancy European Deli/store that sells alot if imported things.
I find chicken livers (pate that's about 1/3 or more butter) the mildest and lamb liver comes next. Beef liver is relatively hard to get here and stronger flavoured. I only buy organic chicken livers but all our lamb is grass finished so I'm happy with that.
Chicken and lamb in my opinion but if cook them with quality ingredients they are all good. I can only have a tiny bit of beef because it’s so filling. I could be just me but it’s feels that way to me
I eat beef liver because it is more readily available and very cheap. I cut it into cubes and fry it in beef fat and other meats. I never cook it by itself but always mixed with other meat, eggs, etc. I don't really like the taste, but by mixing it, I only have to suffer for a short time, little bits at a time. I usually eat about half a pound per week.
you might like it with canned tomatoes and parsley which are both strong in taste and take the bite out of liver, after a while you learn to love the taste - I think your brain and body gets to know its about to get a boost and starts to crave it.
I make a tasty collagen chocolate protein and consume chicken or beef liver raw cut in very small pieces by consuming a few in my mouth and drink a sip of the drink - goes down good and I know I'm getting something so exceptionally healthy!! One of my goals for this year is to start giving blood again (win/win situation), but I want to make sure my blood is rich and healthy first.
Which is your favourite and how do you prepare it?
Beef, and just like a steak. Seared a bit on both sides and seasoned to taste. (i.e. salt & cayenne pepper)
Kait! This is a rad website, where/what domain and info are you pulling from? Love how they break out the micronutrients of foods. Thx for putting out great content!

Yes! I believe soaking in milk takes any bitterness out of it.
Finally someone gets to the point, price
@@BareFootDuck that gets rid of the iron but yeah Tate’s better
Soaking them in milk removes a lot of nutrients, hence the duller flavor. Maybe stick to regular chicken nuggets if you can't handle the flavor.

@Ruth Esther do the rosemary/milk baking approach or go for the beef liver if you prefer a milder taste
@Ruth Esther milder than lamb liver

Oysters are also high in iron. 👍
Thank you 😊 I’m looking forward to watching more of your videos.
Being in Alaska I’d have to say caribou liver is my favorite, then moose liver. 😎
😮😮😮😮 how does it taste?!
Pulled a liver out of red stag carcass and don't know where it came from but the urge bite into it was massive. I still regret not eating it raw!!
Good to know about the Vitamin K2 in Beef. That's a good point.
I really like chicken liver more than beef liver I make pate. But if you have never had ostrich liver pate that is the best one I've ever tried there are websites that will deliver it and its organically raised only 3.50 a pound. Highly recommend trying it with some cranberry sauce they're meant for each other!
Great topic!
Thanks Lisa!
I prefer beef and chicken liver.
Fried liver an onion.
Baked chicken liver is good to, haven't tried baked beef liver yet.
I love beef liver I get it at a local grass fed butcher in NYC
I cook it in butter salt and pepper and grilled sliced onions 🧅!
I just ate some with 2 duck eggs 🥚!
As we have many sheep/lambs in my country, lamb hearts/liver/kidneys are always available here! Try lamb hearts! It tastes like lamb meat!
Some of the most useful vids on ( proper human ) nutrition around youtube you produce ! Always coincise and super informative :)
Tx and congrats :)
This was a solid video 👌. Have you done one with different types of eggs? Chicken, duck, goose etc?
No but I can!
That would be awesome. the carnivore community would appreciate it! 😁🙌
Chicken liver cause it cheaper and get more the beef , I just butter it
Thanks for the info! I primarily eat beef liver... fried in bacon grease and with quality salt. I will incorporate more chicken and lamb liver (if I can find it!) into my diet regimen.
👏👏
Thanks for making this! I had always wondered which was the best nutritionally, so this was really helpful. I have chicken and lamb liver in the freezer, and they are so damn cheap too! So happy to know I can get plenty of what I need with both of these 😁👍
Does liver have hormones from cattle, I was told that
What type of livers did the tests say they used?
My problem is I can't eat beef liver (yuck) without being smothered in fried onions.
Good info. I might try chicken liver.
I hope this helps if you see it
Love them all. Sauté in butter or ghee. I like some onion with it. Make a pate and eat with pork rinds. 😋
From nz too and although it sucks that most our best lamb cuts are exported and steaks, shanks etc are so overpriced but liver and kidney is dirt cheap.
great video.i just found your channel.great content
Thanks Andre and welcome! 😁
because of this video I exclusively eat 2oz of raw lamb liver every other day and beef liver in 4o every 2 weeks. And it's been doing wonders for myself. I cannot find chicken liver apart from asking my local butcher and I feel no need for it.
So helpful!!
Hi.. thanks for the video..my favourite is Lamb and chicken liver. I eat every Sunday. Lamb is Rs.150 (250grams) and chic is Rs.30(250grams) in India.
I never tried beef yet. Anyhow nice info thanks 👍
Bro chicken price is 320₹ kg in Punjab, 260₹ in bengaluru
Lamb ftw! I eat it most days. Delicious when cooked pink. The pack I bought from the store says 7g of carbs per 100g, though?
What are your thoughts on eating liver daily? I personally don’t believe it will lead to retinol poisoning. But I don’t know for sure.
I eat organic chicken liver pate. It has 4 ingredients, liver, butter, herbs and Chardonnay
👍👍
I'm in Australia too. I just tried lamb liver and lamb heart for the first time. The heart was really good although not as nutritious as the liver. liver was also good. will definitely be adding to my weekly meals.
Hi Simon, can you describe how the lamb liver tasted? I'm a bit scared to try it but want to due to its nutritional benefits.
@@jyotika36 Lamb liver tastes great!
I eat it with bacon and onions
US Wellness pasture raised liver wursts. 50% liver 50%:ground beef.Great way to get your weekly dose of liver nutrients
YUM
Here in Scotland I often buy pigs liver or ox liver (which is I suppose is basically beef)
Most of the time I fry it with bacon and and onions then I add a gravy and serve with mashed potatoes
So if I eat a whole cow, chicken and lamb every week, I will live till at least 110 years old. Wow. This is so reassuring to me.....:)
All I know is I feel pretty damn energized and even in a better mood after eating beef liver.
5:05 you're totally right about that and it's easy to find the price reduced by at least 20%
I choose chicken liver. My body ask for it, when I lack something on my vegetarian diet. And I only eat that. Much love. xx
I love beef liver ...I soak it in some milk for about two hours then cook it in a pan with some butter an onions
I have never soaked it I will try this thanks
@@eugenepattivalitzski9757 def welcome
Liver In the UK is cheap enough, I pay about 0.93p for 450g for beef liver, 1.15 for 250g of lambs liver and 2.75 for 400g duchy organic chicken liver. Lambs are everywhere so I trust it the most but me , the dogs and the cat prefer beef. Gives me a 3 day high.
Where do u buy from? Local butchers?
@@Sookyamooda usually yes but you can get it from Morrisons cheaply too.
@@bmc9504 true, I just prefer butchers as I lean towards grass fed meat usually. However I’ll be sure to check it out, thank you.
Love all liver Stir fry is great with traditional stir fry sauce and lots of veggies .Just do not over cook liver or it will get dry .
I feel silly because i just asked about this on another video lol hah thanks Kait!
🥰🥰
What a pleasant channel and personality. Glad I found this channel. Great info
🥰🥰
You should try Cod liver. It comes in a tin unless you get it from freshly caught Cod. It's pretty meagre so best adding it to something like mayo or cream cheese to make a dip/sauce. Very tasty.
I found worms in the canned cod liver I bought so I'll never try it again.
I am in oz but never seen lamb liver here (Brisbane north) chicken liver and hearts are so cheap and make a good budget meal.
I love beaf leaver beacause it contains a large quanitity of B12 which is necesery for muscles
Good information on the benefits of different liver.
🤗🤗
I usually get chicken liver here in the UK. Being Filipino my mum usually cooks it adobo style with fresh minimal ingredients salt, pepper, bit of lemon and butter. None of the premade sauces coz she knows I'm anal about that kind of stuff.
And what about FISH liver?
To be honest lamb liver best in the taste , my mother has a beautiful recipe you guys can’t stop eating trust me…
1. Wash perfectly
2. Take some oil and fry 2 onion’s paste.
3. Now add liver pieces
4. Add ginger garlic paste
5. Add red chill powder and turmeric , coriander powder and salt
6. Add some raw spices (not so much)
7. After 5-6 min on the high glame add 2 tomato puree
8. Add some kasoori meethi and green coriander lives(additional)
Thanks me later 😊
Should of added Cod Liver in there as well.
What country do you live in? I live in the United States and haven't found a food store that carries cod liver. I have to order it canned online if I want to add cod liver to my diet. Cod liver nutrientwise looks to be the kig of livers due to it's high D3, omega 3 fatty acid, and mineral content.
Cod liver is the most healthiest food.
@@dunningkruger9122 my supermarket just started to stock canned Cod Liver, before i had to go to a fancy European Deli/store that sells alot if imported things.
@@dunningkruger9122 Amazon has wild cod liver in canned packs.
I find chicken livers (pate that's about 1/3 or more butter) the mildest and lamb liver comes next. Beef liver is relatively hard to get here and stronger flavoured. I only buy organic chicken livers but all our lamb is grass finished so I'm happy with that.
Lamb is the best after keeping in mind the tradeoffs.
whoa! wud have missed lamb and chicken if not for the video! Thanks for sharing !
What is the tastiest?
Chicken and lamb in my opinion but if cook them with quality ingredients they are all good. I can only have a tiny bit of beef because it’s so filling. I could be just me but it’s feels that way to me
Basically, eat any liver you like or just keep alternating for variety; simple as that.
My work cafeteria makes the best beef liver and onions. It's so good. I'm not sure what magic they do to it, but it's delicious.
Please find out and share it with us
I have liver problems and saw videos saying that eating food with vitamin B1 is beneficial. So I guess the best choice is chicken liver for me.
Thanks for good information
🤗🤗
i puree beef liver, put it into ground beef and make burgers out of it. Love it!
One of my goals for this year is to start giving blood again (win/win situation), but I want to make sure my blood is rich and healthy first.
compare to young and old animal, is nutrients different?
