Never struggled to remove links on my piece, no idea why everyone is struggling. All you need is a mini screw driver to push out the locks out of the links and you're golden
I can't wear this watch literally. When I adjusted this bracelet with mini screwdriver push to the right size for my wrist, it won't fit through my hand... very hardly. Means clasp is too small.. I wonder what to do, this is ridiculous situation for a watch buyer.
Hello guys, I solved this problem. I got this watch today and it is too hard to adjust the size of it. I think that they produced this series with this bracelet problem. They tighten the metal parts too much on the bracelet parts with arrow signs so you can't take off the pin. Before taking off the pin, you must bend back the metal part where the arrow signs on. And then you can take off the ping. When you finish this job, you can bend this part again carefully.
@@rubabgunner9425 I had to instead lever upwards and open the link a bit to get them out. My screwdriver did have the tip come loose in the process. Really poorly manufactured
Thank you very much for the video. I have to remove quite a bit of length from a band. Is it better to remove the links on one side only? Or is it better to remove the same number of links on both sides of the band? Thanks!
I bought a watch band adjustment kit on Amazon for $8.99. They also have them for 6.99. I removed 7 Links from this bracelet to get it to fit. It wasn't that hard. Just takes elbow grease with the hammer.
This is the most frustrating thing I've ever dealt with over a decade into this hobby. Horrific design.

Try to center the clasp on your wrist

I don't know why they did that; it's really hard to adjust, unlike earlier models. Here's our video demonstrating how we shortened it.

It's not that hard, they are made to be adjusted. You have to hit by the arrow REALLY hard, but they actually come out.
Just push it with a screwdriver its easy
