This is a beauty! I keep thinking what the Innocenti engineers would have thought if they could see all high tech parts now developed for their engine design 🤗
Don’t suppose you’ve got a video about the simplified MB wiring loom Rob? I’ve just bought one and definitely think I’ve got way to many wires off of my ignitions switch

I like the idea of leaving out the studs. I had to use the extractor bolts to remove the end plate every time
It makes it very easy on initial set up and shimming of the gearbox 😎
That engine stand makes life easier.

What torque for the rear hub nut? Same as a standard Lambretta hub or different?
Because there isn't a cone/interference fit the torque is around 110nm on this system, like vespa.
When I put my sliding dog on the shaft it locked up. The balls were slightly oversized!
I have a mate that bought balls from mb and they too were oversized.
Just out of interest Rob are you a trained motor cycle mechanic because your so clever mate 👍
Thank you Eric. I'm actually an industrial mechanic by trade. This engine stuff is self taught.
I'm surprised they still produce gear arms with that stupid circlip
MB does one with nut
Last time I checked he didn't. That's about 2 years ago.
