Stunning scenery for a ride, love it! - Fab Job Rob, I reckon the owner will be coming back for a full works upgrade next year after he's ridden it out for the season. Sounds lovely ! I've got a similar Scooter and also the RT195 so a little biased.
What a beautiful spot to open your video!. I have got to get over to Norway someday on a genealogical visit. Good topic should appeal to a wide audience.
New shocks, new BGM in front with the nice CNC clamps for the top mounting to the forks. If it were mine I'd put an outboard disc brake on the front. Brakes like that have saved my life multiple times. The engine sounds really nice but how are the engine mounts? Overall a very good Series 2 for everyday riding.
Tell the owner to stick one of your rear shocks on it , not cheap but quality never is. Upgrading the engine is fine but suspension and brake upgrades to cope with the extra power are vital
Rob there was a guy in Greece remanufacturing those fuel gauges about 8 years ago. I got one but it had a pin hole in the float so would fill with fuel and stop working.
That's just how I feel when I ride mine a s3 li 150 with 185 kit , you need a bit of notice to stop or slow down and also the wallowing round corners all part of the experience 😂
Hey Rob, you mentioned the BGM V3 shock that you designed. I've been looking for one for ages, but everyone is sold out. Any idea where I can find one, or when they'll be back in stock?
That top box will be upsetting the handling. Too much weight behind the back wheel. Lovely sound off the engine now. I’ve recently done a mugello 198 reed motor for a series two and I prefer riding it to my GT240 😂
Hi Rob I own a 150 Indian gp which cylinder kit would you recommend my mechanic fits to this I am not fussed about all out speed I want good reliability thanks
Lambretta 150 by API was our first family scooter for many years untill 2004. I always love to watch your videos from India.
Great video; I loved the way Rob enjoyed the ride, as he got used to the different characteristics. Bring on the Vespa vids!
Comming soon. I have s gl and a rally180 on their way
I love the sound of that engine, and how it pulls! A job well done, Rob, as always! But, please Mr Owner, remove that box ...
The Honda cub has a massive following over in the uk with the top box a must have upgrade 😉
Agree on colour 😊 and I’m sure the customer will be be happy with the recent engine rebuild and takes on board your suggested upgrades
Looking forward to the Vespa Vids coming up. Such beautiful roads for riding.
As usual a top video Rob. Good job, well done mate 👍👍

Another great video mate! 🙌 And I agree 💯, suspension and brakes really makes or breaks the ride. 👍

If you watch the last video, you would see that I changed the silent bocks

Good lad! I kept my Li 125 gearing, after boring cylinder to 66mm. 30mm carb, stage 4, it really moves good. 60mph easy still
I have 1963 TV 175 series 3 …. I’m a Yank and fly around And love it !!! If possible cover Lamby 175 🙏🏼
I have literally made videos of full tv175 rebuilds, 3 times!
I’m sorry , lol. I subscribed and went through your videos, I forgot to delete my comment! Great channel !!!!

AH, maybe mine had a hole in the float, but it was probably 15 years ago

I guess I'm spoilt.

Sorry, no Idea who has them in stock. I have to say that I am really pleased that they sold so many. If you need something quick, protech are good.
@@kickbackgarage 👍Thanks for the recommendation!
Lambrettas don't come with rear brakes. They are speed-reduction-pedals ;-)
Haha, both mine work really nice 😎

Looks lovely

@@kickbackgarage Cheers Mate ...and hears me thinking it was Cumbria ....should have known...
Great place to ride by the looks..

@Lee-cz6ss I have a few touring videos I have on the channel if you want to see some more of Norway.
@@kickbackgarage Okay Mate , Great , will take a look
Hi Rob. What gearbox is in that S2?
Li150 box
@ excellent. I’m getting a series 2 Li in a few weeks and I’m looking at fitting an RT 195 to it. It’s an Li150.
Hi Rob I own a 150 Indian gp which cylinder kit would you recommend my mechanic fits to this I am not fussed about all out speed I want good reliability thanks
Rt195 all day long...
@kickbackgarage thanks Rob gone with your recommendation
wow not one pot hole, those roads are lovely
which rear shock would you recommend for lambretta ?
Mine! th-cam.com/video/wpV_ZDQfdZg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yIeo35e0n173pE7z
Using the clutch to go 4-3-2-1. Never seen a lambretta rider pulling the clutch in to change gears going up from 3rd to 4th 😂
What?
Cheers!
