while i'm not an action RPG fan i have to admit that this looks awesome. I've been debating buying either a 360 or a psp, and i think i'm going to get a PSP with this going on.

Yeah it came out in Japan already and it's available for download anywhere if you have a modded/hacked PSP. But yeah, it's in Japanese, the english release won't come out for quite a few months.

@zinzios this game also have a story mode on it. But the only time when you actually play is when you fight. Other than that it's full of nice clean cut-scenes.
Honestly though, going from what the theme is, do you really think Zack will be the one put in? Cloud is obviously gonna be revealed until the last moment, being that hes the one everyone is hoping for.

well crisis core's storyline was a little short if you ask me , but still good though, and well , apparently the Cosmos storyline is a bit repetitive but the shade storyline is good I think. But I don't think you'll get the same excitement from the dissidia storyline as with crisis core though. I suppose we can say crisis core was "deeper" than dissidia is :P
@paulaxa1 Nope, zack's sword is default but it'll change when he's upgraded to SOLDIER 1st Class but you can buy materias and potions while you can gain accessories and other materias by doing missions and in the midpart of the game you be able to fuse materias to make a stronger one :))
Low how jecht turns around with that cool music and says lets settle it then...damn i want to get this game soon as possible when i get my psp and i can buy this...
it looks awesome but one problem is it going to have a massive storyline like crisis core has because thats the best game ive ever played completed 8 times its that good

I think I have a theory. Since they're putting Kuja (FF9), a guy who casts rapid fire Magic like crazy in this game, then I'm sure that adding another one, or in this case, Seymour, would be pretty unnecessary.

Jecht was somewhat evil during the times when Todus was younger...Sqaure talked about why Seymour was not included. If they included Seymour they would have to incorporate Yuna into the game..and besides Yu Yevon was the main bad guy LOL. Seymour was just a secondary villain.

Sephiroth was already confirmed for the game. Get out. But if it's any consolation, he's closer to the Amano artwork in design like the other characters, so he's not weighed down by a million zippers.
@paulaxa1 if you base your gaming more on graphics then I guess you should go on dissidia but crisis core got CG cutscenes too which has good graphics also. Well the reason I like crisis core is because of its story and to know what happened before ffVII, I just watched ffVII advent children last week lol. Im a huge ffVII fan :)) Crisis Core rocks!

This Game is freakin sick. Thee game plays like a fighting game but still some RPG features. I like it.
Their health is/are the light blue bars at the bottom of the screen. You can see the total # of hitpoints right below them

ok, i think the fight between jecht and tidus (and party in FFX) has the best music evaarrrr ^^

Dissidia would be awsome on ps3 cause disidia go hard. and yes it has story mode this is story mode.
i hope they use the original voice actors from X to voice tidus and jecht.
