Glad you are thinking about some of the psychology behind it also because I think that is important to understand and as you know, something that I try and breakdown myself. January is a cold dark month so hard for all of us dieters I think. Keep up the health focus and see where you end up in a few weeks, might take you a minute just to recalibrate after the MJ. ❤
Hi glad to see you are still focusing on your health and wellbeing Richard. Look forward to following your journey and your results. Ive decided to go back on the cambridge 1:1diet to focus on my weightloss. Good luck wishing you well x
HNY! 🥳 Remember MJ stays in your system for 30 days so you will still be getting some help in the short term but hopefully you can then continue on with what you’ve learned from it, using your past diets experiences too. Good luck!
You are smashing it right out of the gate into 2025. 🥳🎉 And your positivity is contagious! I want to write down a few goals now too. I didn't really do that this year yet. You were so active last weekend with prep for your daughter's birthday and during the week with dragging the new bed upstairs, it's all bound to make a difference in energy to meet your goals for the new year. We have the same problem in the US with furniture delivery. I have a 3rd floor apartment (without an elevator), so the places that will still deliver always charge extra for it. So, you rant away. I was joining in with you! 😜 You have a beautiful family! I loved seeing the birthday festivities. 🎂 Here's to 2025! 🍾🍾🍾
Good to see you're staying positive and have set some goals. I came off the mounjaro after being on 2.5mg for 3 months, I had all good intentions of sticking with fasting and I only put on 1lb over Christmas and have since lost it but this past week I am starting to pick during the day and fasting not happened the last 3 days so I have ordered another 2.5mg mounjaro pen. I have lost just over 3 stone and still have about another stone and a half to go so I'm just going to stick with the 2.5mg as it is enough to stop the food noise without feeling uncomfortable 😊 have a good week 👍
Good to see you all the best! It’s all about mindset isn’t it. Maybe try going back to 2.5? Thanks for taking the time to do the video all the best. Agree I have written my goals down too. SMART small measurable achievable realistic time/target (I think)Also increase water intake! Good luck and keep going ❤👍
Hi great to see you have decided to continue with your health journey. Would love to know more about your fast regime. I was doing 18/6 prior to being on Mounjaro and pretty much still follow it now. Are you following a specific plan. Try snacking on protein instead of fruit as it will keep you fuller. Good luck xx❤
Thanks for the comment again yeah going to move to protein snack this week it was just to get me back into it really my regime is basically I wanna fast as long as I can back to getting one meal I did it with Munjarno now but it is a lot harder without, but I am determined to keep going stay tuned. Thanks again for the comment and suport x
