Hi Abby. I too, purchased this hydrating formula. I have the same concerns with aging skin. It hasn’t arrived yet - but will let you know how it wears for me. I have also started my own experimentation with B. Recherche skin products. I like the time stamp check on wear time. I will encounter even more issues with my 63 year old skin.
I really loved the glow . It looks so natural it does really goes with your skin tone .I have to say I just melts in .

Good Morning SB! So the Sublimage will have a touch more coverage and will be less GLOWY. It is definitely a beautiful foundation but I find it to be hydrating and provide more of medium coverage and more of a satin finish versus GLOWY. This one is definitely - light to medium coverage but does give you that GLOW factor - and is also very hydrating. It has 40% water in it. Both are great picks!!! Let me know what you decide. xoxo
Excited for this! I have more oily skin but I’m 40 and find matte foundations to age me. I love a natural light coverage foundation so this might be a contender for me! ♥️

Hi Abby, watched the foundation video; I am using the Les Beiges teint belle mine naturelle healty glow foundation ( no 40 ) and I am very pleased with it. Sometimes I mix it in my hand with a daycream ( like 1 pump sublimage fluide ) and that gives a little bronze effect on my face. I also like the Les beiges water fresh tint. It is hard to choose from al the colours online, you have to get advise at the Chanel counter for your skin type/colour before you buy it. Especially with the longwear foundation; so much colours !! The more reviews I watch on this foundation, the more I’m anxious to try it!!! I’m usually combo to oily, but since I’m pregnant, my skin is pretty normal at the moment. I feel like I’d love this right now especially!

Love the luminosity of this foundation. You said that you were going to be wearing a mask for a while. How did the make up hold up? Did it transfer to the mask? I am assuming not much since it looks OK in your check ins. Have a great holiday weekend!
Karen- it has nice luminosity!!! AND it actually did hold up with the mask.We did a two-hour walk. Not completely transfer-free but it felt more like my blush and bronzer that transferred not the foundation. LOL!! I hope this helps!

So excited to see this in my feed-I have a love affair with foundations, and this one is definitely on my radar. It looks absolutely gorgeous. I really can’t wear my older formulation of Vitalumiere Velvet as it’s far too drying. I’ve attempted to Pan it forever, and while I enjoy how long wearing it is, it’s just too matte for my maturing skin. Where would you place it related to the Water Fresh Tint and the Sublimage? I can always count on your foundation insights!
Mari- yay! You know I love foundation too! So I am loving this one for a nice everyday light and luminous foundation. Very hydrating and comfortable. Water Fresh Tint is amazing - Magic in a Bottle- but does not provide a lot of coverage - so usually combine more concealer or Ultra Le Teint. AND Sublimage is beautiful and very hydrating but has a satin finish-- so not quite as luminous as this new one! So if you are feeling super dry- I would go with Sublimage. Looking for hydration and glow- with light coverage- Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation. Looking for hydration and sheer coverage-Water Fresh Tint! Let me know if this helps!! xoxo

Ooh.... Leah - that is a good question! So they are both light coverage and hydrating. I think the Chanel has a bit more GLOW to it....I do think my skin looks healthy when I wear FUTURE SKIN but I am not sure i would describe it as a GLOWY foundation if that makes sense? The Future skin is gel-based and does not contain fragrance. I hope this is helping!!! xoxo

Hello Saba-- yes- I would say coverage wise very much the same- they both contain fragrance - and I find the Chanel to give a bit more luminosity and the Sisley a bit more of a pretty velvet radiant finish. The Chanel has a lighter feel on the skin than the Sisley to me. I hope this helps and I can do a video as well. xoxo

I’ve never tried Chanel foundation before and have been thinking about getting the Les Beiges Water Fresh Tint after you recently talked about it being the product that gives you the glow that viewers comment on. I have mature normal to dry skin - which one would you suggest starting with?
Hello Beth! So I love the Water Fresh Tint but when I first bought it - I was like this has NO COVERAGE- but then it just sort of does something magical to the skin. This new one has a nice creamy consistency with light to medium coverage and gives the skin some nice luminosity. So I would say- if you do not need much coverage then go for Water Fresh Tint. I just got this new one -- and really do like it- so if you want more coverage- I think you will like this one!! xoxo
Abby Bliss White so helpful Abby. That was my question. Another difference is the shade range, but because the water fresh tint is so sheer, it is self adjusting and doesn’t require as many shade options I guess. Very tempted by this one. Thank you

As if I need more foundation (yes, I also have a foundation addiction - always ‘in search of’) now I’m confused? I already use the original Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation, and LOVE it by the way! I was thinking of picking up the Sublimage after your amazing review the other day, and now I’m in a conundrum! I also have dry, mature skin and don’t know if I would like this new version of the Healthy Glow, or if I should try the Sublimage? Hello Lovely Barb!!! So if you already have the old version and love it then you might want to go with the Sublimage which will be fantastic with the changing weather. I never tried the old version of the Les Beige Healthy Glow-- I literally do not know why?!! BUT I am loving this new version and love Sublimage when my skin feels dry and in need of some TLC!! It is a bit MORE than just a a foundation. Let me know if this helps!!! xoxo

Hi Abby! I knew as soon as I read “Chanel foundation” I was in deep s**t! This is very tempting, A natural coverage foundation that feels good on the skin, gives the coveted glow we’d all sell our first borns for (kidding) and is long wearing!! Ok so before I hop on Chanel and use my grocery money to buy this can you please clarify something I read in a previous comment, is the new Cle De Peau foundation you are waiting for a new release? Is it the radiant matte one? Just curious what other new releases your buying bcuz then I have to compare them and decide which one to try. I was going to pass because I am not a MATTE girl but had a Nordstrom note and decided to go ahead and try it. LOL!!! I have to say- I am loving this new Chanel one! Abby did you have the original Chanel cream bronzer? I had it and eventually de cluttered it because it just didn’t look good on me- too warm. The new one always looks so good on you and not too warm. I’m reluctant to buy it again after throwing a $50 bronzer away. Only answer if you have time or maybe someone else can answer. Thank you!
Susan- I do still have the old version of the Chanel Cream bronzer and absolutely LOVE the new one. It is definitely less warm and more neutral and I use it almost every single day. I sometimes top with an extra powder bronzer if I really want to am up the BRONZE!!! But for the day to day - healthy glow- I love new Bronzer. I hope this helps! xoxo
Oh thank you soooo much because the second one always looks so good on camera to me but then remember there were you tubers who hated the new Chanel bronzer (Mel Thompson) so I just never got it. How do you think this compares to Armani luminous silk? Sounds a little similar to me. Thanks for your review!
That is a good question! So I would say same concept but that one provides a little more luminosity than the Armani- which I do really like as well. I had a hard time finding the right match in the Armani despite all the choices! So I would say they are in the same camp as far as light coverage - great everyday foundations!! Abby one question, from what I can see your skin color is very close to mine. Are you more warm, cool,neutral? I need to order this on line so I need to go from your shade. On your hand it looks like an exact shade for me. I’m on the neutral,cool tone. Thank you
Heather - I am one of those that is a cool neutral! I usually go with just neutral but I am matched by professional makeup artists in the COOL toned foundations and BR32 truly is almost a perfect match for my skin - and part of the reason I like to buy Chanel foundations because it is pretty easy to match. SO B30 or B32 will totally work!!!! xoxo

I have a question! Do you find that the shades run a little warm? I've got B40 and it seems a little warmer than neutral, so I'm wondering just how rosy the rosy shades are, and if I should get one to mix it in, or if the rosy ones are more neutral. Does anyone know? Thanks!

I am not buying foundation at the moment...I am trying to use what I have plus it is so hard to match. This one would be easier because I also use B30 or B32 in general. But this is definitely going on the wish list

Dear Abby, do you like it better than the Ultra le Teint? I have normal to dry skin and yet it (ultra) does not look or feel dry.
Chris - I consider these two different animals! The Ultra Le Teint has much more coverage than this one. So I love Ultra Le Teint for days when I need or want more coverage. The Les Beiges Healthy Glow is a light coverage RADIANT/Glowy foundation versus the Ultra Le Teint is more semi-matte medium/full coverage. So I love both- but would not put them in the same category if that makes sense. xoxo

Yoko- yep! Chanel still puts fragrance in their foundations. I wish they had a least one that did not but since they are first and foremost a fragrance house - I think they just can't. LOL!! xoxo

Victoria- I am a fan of the Sublimage foundation too! I would say that the Sublimage is not as GLOWY as this one. Sublimage has a smidge more coverage and provides you with a healthy satin kind of finish- whereas this one has more LUMINOSITY to it. Both feel nice and hydrating on the skin. Ashley- I did not find this to smudge on mask. It sort of meshes with the skin and stays put! I had slight transfer of my blush/bronzer but that is about it. I hope this helps. xoxo

I was thinking about getting the water tint- but worry that its not going to be enough to look polished, may get this one instead.

This make up looks better is you apply it with your fingers. Not sponge, not brush. Chanel recommend this way.
Did u wear a mask?? Transfer?? Did u go out for a walk?
Lynn- I did and this one did not have much transfer. I felt like my bronzer and blush actual transfer more than any foundation. I have found for a transfer proof foundation -you need to use Mac Face & Body or Dior Airflash - something that is waterproof. I hope this helps. xoxo
@@AbbyBlissWhite i do use and love Dior airflash. I work in a salon and wed and thur are our long 10 hour days.. masks all day. Froday Saturday masks too but only 8hrs. I've actually found the best so far, is a tinted moisturizer ( elta MD, goop glow, chantecaille just skin ect) then thanks To MANDY DAVIS, the Alima satin matte powder foundation. It's so glowy and stays great under the mask incase anyone needs recs. I'm wanting to try the New Chanel for the cooler months so appreciate your feedback.
