10 minute BICEP AND BACK Workout!

- This is a 10 minute long class featuring "BICEPS AND BACK WORKOUT". We will go through about 5 challenging, yet do-able exercises that target the biceps and back. You will need a pair of hand weights for this, but could use water bottles or soup cans if you don't have any. This video is designed to help improve the strength and tone of the upper body.
This workout is for all ages, levels, and sizes, but designed for the active senior and beginner. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, CGCP - licensed Physical Therapist with over 32 years experience. ENJOY!

I like these short videos for when I want to do a little something without a big time commitment.

What a great, quick weight workout! I loved doing one of your 30 minute aerobic workouts followed by this video. I am 67 years and thanks to you Jenny, I am getting back into being more agile, more confident and overall just feeling better. And my balance has improved. :)
