Hello. I am Japanese and I don't understand English well, Thanks to this video, I am learning how to control the latest version of Blender. Thank you very much, this video helped me a lot! (This is a machine translation using DeepL, sorry if my English is not correct.) こんにちは。 私は日本人で、英語があまり聞き取れませんが、 この動画のおかげで最新版のBlenderの操作を学ぶことができています。 ありがとうございます、すごく助かりました! I see. The texture is very simple Ive only put the roughness close to 0 and then made the color dark blue. If you want to I can make a new video about it and make the cup look more like in the thumbnail
Sure. I dont know when I have time for that. But hopefully next week. If you check out my latest video you can see that im working on a gin bottle for a company. I can make a video on how I make such a bottle and what goes through my head when making it
well i messed up the shading part and couldn't get the image to render in my first part idk why it happened. In second run blender crash anyway i learned some basics though thank you
I assume your pc isnt that good. Maybe you have 2gb of ram or something. What you could do it add more faces when creating the cylinder and shade auto smooth.
@@VisualPixelsCGthe model like becomes invisible and when i switch to object mode it disappears edit: i fixed it the preferences then viewports then subdivision turn off gpu SubDevison
@@momocraft365 I searched "model becomes invisible with subdivisions" on google and found this comment: "The same problem occurred to me and I have fixed it. Click "Edit > Preferences..." on the menu bar to open the Preferences Window. Then Switch to the "Viewport" Tab, click "Subdivision" and uncheck "GPU subdivision" below. Now the object should be visible."
straight to the point, if only all tutorials were like this. 💯
That was what I was aiming for. becuase I was too tired of slow intros before the tutorials
which key to open the menu at 2:21?
Its set at F3 by default and its called "Operator Search" on blender.org
This video was SO helpful and great for beginners (me). Thank you!

I understand it very well. I appreciate your comment. I hope you will become a very good 3d artist one day.
Why a fake thumbnail... I click in this video to see how you make the nice texture for the mug, nothing like the video...

Thanks a lot mate!
it was really helpful
great tutorial very easy to follow along as a beginner ty
Thank you. Comments like this brightens my day.
Thank you, this is very helpful! As a beginner, I did wonder how the handle would be made.
Im glad that a video I made 5 months ago can come to help
Great tutorial! Very easy to follow, thanks for the help!
Im glad it helped
Nice tutorial :)
Thanks ❤
thanks for this.
I can’t even add the damn cylinder how did you get that menu?
Shift+A
Great tutorial. Can we have a production Visualization tutorial?

Very helpful thanks!
Very helpfull as a begginer ty! 🎉🎉
This means alot. And thanks for taking time watching it.
Thank you so much, you help my school project
Im happy that I can help you
Is it better to loop cut in edges or to use crease?
I leanred about the crease method not long ago so im not quite sure but it makes sence to use it since the mesh will be more clean
Thanks man for making cups so easy.
I enjoy that you find it easy. 👍
well i messed up the shading part and couldn't get the image to render in my first part idk why it happened. In second run blender crash anyway i learned some basics though thank you
What are your PC specs?
When I did the plane it did not reflect my cup and shows trees in the reflection lol. Any reason for that?
roughness too high
@@VisualPixelsCG It was down to 0. I think it was just my laptop struggling. My final render had the correct reflection.
@@HighlanderReactionsZA Do you know how many gb ram you have? that might be the problem. But im glad you see it in the render
I pressed but I cannot scroll the upper part inside it. Please replay
Can you explain more in detail. I dont fully understand what you mean
Great tutorial. Mine looks kinda crappy but practise makes perfect.
Im glad you liked it. Having a refrence image can help if you want to create a realistic cup
my pc keeps crashing when i click subdivision surface
I assume your pc isnt that good. Maybe you have 2gb of ram or something. What you could do it add more faces when creating the cylinder and shade auto smooth.
it made the mug but it was way harder since io didnt do a different tutorial on how to use blender interface
i dont really understand. sorry
When i add the subdivision surface it breaks the model
in what way. And how. Ive never heard of that before

@@momocraft365 okay. I cant really help you. Ive never seen that happen myself and I dont know what the problem could be then
gracias bro
thank you hermano
Just use a bezier for the handle bro
Will the mesh get clean with that method?
@@VisualPixelsCGimo it looks better and uses less geometry, 3 subdivisions is very high for the handle to look good
the handle should be thicker 🙂
You are right, but I just want to show how its done. And hopefully learn you something.
This is a donut.
ok
It doesn't work
what doesnt work
I might know how to make a coffe mug, but this guy gives hope🫡❤
thank you
