    Awesome and full of insights.
    Clear takeaways:
    - VUCA is here to stay. We need to step up to it and lead.
    - how do you do strategy in VUCA: make bold choices, document your assumptions and expectations, observe during execution, and adjust if anything you held to be true isn't
    - how do you create the matching culture: model it for the team, and trust them to take the right decisions under pressure. You need to get results fast, not have nice, backward looking PowerPoints.
Thank you Cmdr Divine for sharing, and Prof. Martin for the new book!

I have learnt more in the hour it took to listen to this podcast than in many years at business school!

This is really terrific. I'm watching as many Martin videos as I can and this is so deep. Have and read the book as well as many others. Thanks!!

46:23: If something would have had to be true, turns out not to be true, we don’t just plow through, we say what way would we adjust for that. But if you didn’t think in advance about the things that would have to be ttue, you don’t know if something that happens is undermining of the logic of the model or not.
