Reading comments on Indian Street food videos, I have come to a conclusion that there are two types of people who watch Indian street food videos- 1. People who are just there to comment all about hygiene. No matter how much the cook/chef cover himself up and follow hygiene standards, if he is Indian, they will find some or other fault and start blabbering about hygiene. 2. People who truly enjoy watching street food videos.
What hygiene standards??? you can have your opinion but don't start pretending this food or the people who prepare it know the first thing on how to handle food properly. Check the food poisoning statistics on India. Every year dozens of children DIE because of badly prepared food. Maybe for you that is normal but coming from a western country it is not. I have been living in SE Asia for over a decade now. I've been to India, Nepal, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, etc. It's true that if you don't like it, go somewhere else. Go to proper restaurants or cook yourself, there are options enough. But don't start about about "chef follow hygiene standards" because there is no hygiene when you touch money and food with the same hands all day long..
I was eating there when he was shooting at Food Curry Heaven. He was so excited about seeing all the food. My old office was beside this shop. We used to eat from there. It tastes awesome. I never fall ill eating this.
I'm a westerner that has lived in delhi for around 2 years and the food is just amazing. Sure they don't all look as clean as you would find in the west but on average it's quite safe to eat. I do get sick every so often from the food but in my opinion it's worth it. If you ever get to india, you should stop worrying about the food, instead worry more about the water that doesn't come straight from the bottle or a purifier.

So if one is interested in culinary adventures than northeast dishes is a must try.
We have got the same sweet like jalibi, it is called zoolbia in persian cuisine. Moreover we have haleem. The ingredients are totally different from what we have. Ours is made of wheat, turkey breast with cinnamon garnished with sugar or salt.

Those who are criticising the cleanliness, remember this is street food, served in the streets. Served by poor people but so delicious it will make you prefer that to your swanky Starbucks or Wendys.
I believe it is clean enough and people do not fall sick, making street food in India very popular.

There are different states in North East India so basically it comprises of eight different states with unique culture and different varieties of dishes i.e Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim and Tripura. We have got the same sweet like jalibi, it is called zoolbia in persian cuisine. Moreover we have haleem. The ingredients are totally different from what we have. Ours is made of wheat, turkey breast with cinnamon garnished with sugar or salt.

Here in Trinidad & Tobago we have Indian culture but not all the real authentic Indian food shown on these videos.
