Real time training: sitting instead of jumping during greetings with Cooper (session 3)

This is Cooper’s third session learning to be calmer when I come in. I started recording after he had done some initial over-the-top barking - we didn’t give him any attention and waited for him to calm down enough that he was able to think again. We are taking this step by step so that at each moment he has the ability to develop the “muscle” of self control - and he does better each time!
