    I'll never make a bunny suit, but this is one of the most detailed explanations for how to measure the body for this type of thing I have ever seen. I can't wait to see it all come together

    Watching someone else do the measurements *without help* is something I've wanted to see for a long time! Its reassuring to know exactly how much you can move and still get reasonably accurate numbers.

    I like that you are honest about the parts you struggle with, it's nice to see that everyone has struggles in the sewing room, haha! I also liked the tips for taking some of the more intimate body measurements in a less touchy way, I've never heard of those methods before

    Would you ever do a vlog/video on your MFA? I've never seen someone talk about a thesis in fine arts and I love how you talk about garment design and costuming! I just found your channel this month and I'm not all caught up, sorry if you've already done this?

    This is such a wonderfully thorough video! The measuring portion of this is a great reference section even if we're not making a corset body! The patterning process is so cool. Hope you have a happy new year!!

    A body block video would be amazing! I’ve never patterned anything and I know this is a good way to start, but I have no idea what I’m doing haha.

    It would be wonderful to see a bodice block made. Especially if you make it using your measurements. Everyone I've seen use "standard" measurements without how to adjust for your actual measure.

    the way ive made bunnysuits is by taking my basic bodice block, measuring down from the waist how ever much the crotch measurement is to make point a. drawing how wide the crotch will be horizonatl from point a to make point b then connect point b to the bottom of the hip dart. (my hip darts are usually divide the front hip by 3 and the back hip by 4.) Then make a curved line connecting the hip dart to where the botton of the side seam will be.

      @datsquisheeboi ปีที่แล้ว

      once i have that, i fit it and draw the corset-like seams on. then cut on those drawn seams to make a pattern.

    I thought this was incredibly helpful! And the moment when my brain processed where the side seam was in relation to the pattern pieces you were building felt a little like that galaxy brain meme 🤣. Thank you so much for sharing, I feel like I'll be coming back to this video often to follow along - I learned so much!

    Will you go to Heaven when you die ? Have you ever Lied, stolen, used Gods name in vain (such as OMG), Had sex outside of Marriage ? Truth is...We have all sinned and broke Gods laws. And sin is what sends us to Hell. But even though we broke Gods laws, God being rich in mercy sent his son Jesus born of a virgin. He lived a sinless perfect life something we could not do. He willingly went to the cross and took the punishment we deserve by dying on the cross for our sins. Then 3 days later rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds of eye witnesses and then ascended into Heaven where he sits at the right hand of God. So please today put your Faith and trust in Jesus before its too late.
