We need more great stuff like this for sf5. I feel like with older games we have so much information out there, and i also feel like we got it so quickly, but people have been kind of tepid when it comes to sf5. It seems like some people just dont like the game and the community isn't seeing the crazy growth is did when sf4 came out. It's a real shame because i love sf5, and i want this community to explode like sf4's did. I guess only time will tell
So can St.Mp only combo into Cr.Mp on counterhit, not a meaty? Or does St.Mp have to be meaty and a counterhit? Sorry I would test it myself but I can't right now.
Jalen Williams It combos only on CH, dont need meaty, sorry I should have put that in there. Often they are gonna block it on wakeup and st.mp is +3 so you go into mixup. If you see the st.mp hit, you can confirm into cr.mp. And if they block it, you can still do st.mp > cr.mp as a frametrap.
PAN Ahh ok. So st.mp is +3 regularly or meaty? And if they block st.mp and you follow up with cr.mp and it counterhits them, you can link flashkick right?

just 1 thing about V-Skill meaty after CC: you can use his overhead after V-Skill to f*** them up, and it's DP safe so if you really want to mess with their head and give no sh*t about the damage, V-Skill meaty after CC can create a 50/50 situation
I tried to do the first Frame traps but I don't have enough time to charge For example, the std lp, cr mp Sonic boom... I'm quite quick at input but those shown make me struggle somehow Any tips on it ?
+Deeyennay They dont go into much, as st.mp can only go into lp or cr.lk>cr.mp, however, the main purpose of using st.mp as a meaty is because its +3 and you can mix them up on block.
+PAN What I meant is you do meaties while counter hit is turned on. So all the meaties get even more frame advantage on hit than if counter hit wasn't turned on. I was wondering if something like f.MK links into c.LP if it's meaty but not counter hitting.

Other issue I'm having is after the ex. boom setup I see you landing a sweep after the b. hp crush but I can't seem to get that sweep to land consistently (only sometimes and I don't know why). It also doesn't seem to be meaty with 2 dashes... if I do it as fast as possible the b. hp is always early. I have to do a slight delay to get it to hit.
Some of your frametraps seem really risky. You want me to throw out c. MP xx EX FK without being able to confirm it? A blocked s. HP will get you punished as well.
+standingfierce Nah, the confirm is not from button to cancel into fk but from button to link. Because you can link ex fk, you can confirm from the c.mp hitting, much like ryu's st.mp to link super. But yeah, using st.hp is risky.
