tp arrived and after hearing stories from both side & gave the usual no one was injured.

Motorcyclist have the right of way, driver should always check first but he just go on. Not only that, using your vehicle to push the motorcyclist dangerously close and coming out of the vehicle to attack the motorcyclist is already the definition of Assault, Harassment and probably Assult with a Deadly weapon. The driver could probably be charge with additional traffic charges but thats for the court to decide
