I would love a video showcasing the PRS SE A50e electric acoustic guitar in Red! There’s only one video on TH-cam showcasing the red version of this guitar!
@@adamswanson8216it needs to be set to about 3 before it opens up and 3 is loud … honestly still needs an OX or another attenuator for the bedroom at proper levels for its best performance imo
As a diehard PRS guy.. I own 11 cores, several SE', a Silver sky.. I have a MT15 head and dual 1x12 cabs a Archon 100 head (USA model) I wish PRS would think about rock/metal players with their videos, as much as I like Brians playing, I would like to hear some professional hard rock/metal demos from PRS.. Regardless I will stay a PRS guy because the quality and professional is unmatched by the other 2 big guys
In small light weight rig the MT15 head can NOT be beat.. The clean channel is very full very clean takes pedals well, the gain channel does classic rock to high gain very well.
Hey PRS.....quick question. I've never owned a PRS (long time Fender Strat customer). I've been interested in purchasing a PRS semi hollow around Xmas time. On your site it states 20 percent off but only for US and Canada...why are you torturing Australian customers lol we pay through the nose for everything. Can't we please catch a break too? Pretty please? Lol I think everyone is tight on money right now, but I want my first ever PRS! (I watched the Rick Beato interview with Paul and he won me over. Never heard of PRS beforehand) I did demo the semi hollow body in a store and it sounded beautiful. It was between that and an Epiphone Les Paul standard. Just thought I'd see if there was a chance Australia would be shown a little love too!
I don’t find that to be the case , I have one too as well the hdrx , I run the drive pretty low on the sonzera though , and i run bass low on most amps And off completely on old jtm or plexi style amps ..
@@musicproductioncentral4540 I know what I'm doing dude. I have my Sonzerera since it is on the market. And the lead channel has way too much bass, or you take a very thin sounding guitar, like Strat, like Tele. But with humbucking pu's it has too much bass. Maybe something happened with your ears ?
I mean, it's a production line amp head that sells for under $1000.00 and sounds really really good. What exactly are you expecting given those parameters? It's still wonderful quality and hella bang for your buck. I think your being entirely unrealistic and need to listem to what you getting for the money your spending. It's a great little head. Great.
Both sound incredible! I’ve always leaned towards combos, but man the HDRX20 is a sweet setup.

I’m looking at photos of the hdx. I see no effects loops. You said it was something they have in common
I own one and there's no effect loop on th HDRX, which is why i don't gig it anymore
Good catch! Apologize for the small error on our part. No effects loop on the HDRX 20, but the Sonzera 20 does have an effects loop.
Is the master volume a headroom to Bedroom? Will it retain tone at bedroom volume is my real question thanks. 3:23

I got a big problem: I love the clean of the HDRX and the lead of Sonzera! I need you put they together!!!
Like a Reese's Cup?
For all their differences, they sound surprisingly close
Are we getting an hdrx20 combo?
No
@itskyyuuuu how do you know?
@@jbrosupradon't mind that guy is troll
Or are we getting a Sonzera 20 watt head
Ewald baby!!
Is the guitar a Tungsten Silver Sky? Looks sick under that light
they both sound good

What SE's do you own? Have been looking at either a DGT or 594 for me. Also what are your favourite cores?
@@spencerfrankel414 SE pauls, Se DC594, SE Roasted maple custom 24, SE Hollowbody II piezo.. My favorite cores are the 594

This is strange I am going to Anderson’s tomorrow to just try that.
Man 20 watts for home use huh? Is that right?
Nice
Would be nice for for driven chord examples and not just leads

Hdrx20 sounded better with 212 creamback for me
The sonzera tho
I can totally see it replacing the current blues deluxe.

Off topic, but i just bought an archon mk2... that is amp is just ridiculous.
I hear that amp is literally the best cleans in the industry bar none
The problem is: the overdrive channel has waaayyyy to much bass. Couldn't get a proper lead tone.
which amp?

hdrx
Cheap components and shortcuts taken left and right.
Nah, that HDRX 20 is an amazing amp. I've had mine for about 6 months now and it sounds beautiful with a strat.
